  Alejandro and Fabian did a great job installing our new hurricane-proof door (and removing the 60-year old wooden one that had all but fallen apart). The entire process from scheduling to final payment was a breeze thanks to the friendly and professional staff. I highly recommend this company, and would definitely use them again should the need present itself

  Precision Garage Door installed a new garage door mechanism for me today, a Linear PDS 800 with a belt rail instead of the noisy chain. Everything worked perfectly, and the belt rail is so much quieter than the old chain. Less wear, tear, and maintenance, too! I received a text messaged from Precision, with the technicians name, photo, and a brief bio before their arrival. Technicians, Ian and Javier, did a professional job, leaving me with a feeling of confidence in their workmanship. Thanks guys!

  Fabian and Alejandro are both very professional. Fabian is very precise in the installation and was teaching and testing Alejandro knowledge throughout installation. They both are well organized and worked like a true team; the job was left very clean. They were very patient in educating me on the functions of the door and both remote and pad.

  I called Precision and they were able to schedule an appointment to check my garage door system on the very next day. The technicians, Ian and Javi, inspected the system and were very thorough in pointing out the repairs that needed to be performed.
  I sent an email with a couple of questions, and was surprised when the manager replied so quickly. Their customer service is outstanding.
  I was then able to schedule the repair shortly after the inspection and they were very courteous and professional. They performed the job quickly and explained how the system worked. They also pointed out the replaced parts and helped me set up the remotes and keypad.
  I highly recommend calling Precision for your garage door repair. I'm glad I did.

  What a fantastic company! I highly recommend them for any needs you may have.
  Was able to schedule an appointment for the next day with only a 2 hour window. Received information of who would arriving along with a photo when they were on the way.
  Diagnosed the problem quickly and provided several options of repair. Very patient and made sure we understood all the options.
  Better yet they had all they needed to do and complete the job right then.
  Couldn’t be happier with the service we received in a time there isn’t much customer service out there.
