  Very detailed and thorough inspection of the home and property. Pictures were great! Liked the red and yellow annotations for things needing immediate attention, as opposed to things that need future repair. Great attention to detail.

  Jeremy was prompt, professional, efficient and knowledgeable. He was respectful of the property and extremely courteous. His report was thorough and the layout easy to follow and understand.   The detailed inspection was conducted within a timely manner and, more importantly, the inspection report was delivered later during the same day. This report emphasized concerns about safety, building code violations, and structural integrity. JOB WELL DONE!!!
