Good place to have fun at. Has some attractions you wouldn't find anywhere else and their buffet is pretty good. If you go often, it gets boring fast.

Went for company party. The food was way better then expected a big selection. The games all worked & activities were not closed down it broke. Really fun time

What a horrible place to take your children to. Service is horrible from staff and management. I will not be returning myself and to anyone reading this I'd recommend looking at other options. There's much better places out there that actually appreciate business and treat people right.

Management and the front desk people are not up to the mark. We tried to find info for my son's birthdayparty and so I called at least 5/6 days consistently no one picked up my line and there was no option to leave a VM. I went ahead and booked the party online and I had some questions to find out and so I called again with no luck. What is the point of having a telephone number listed and no one picks the line? Since my son insisted to have his party hereI went ahead, no more parties from my side at this location. Party hero was very nice though.

Normally we come here and have a good time until today. I came to meet my daughter's dance team for a meeting and then to play. They understood that we had a group and that everyone wasn't there to eat. Then decided that after I paid for my daughter, I couldn't come in with her since I wasn't eating. We had our own table do it would be super obvious where we were if I was going to steal plates of food. I'm super disappointed with the way it was handled given all the circumstances. Yes rules are rules but that should've been made clear from the start. Not after you have all the details AND my money. Is unfortunate that people in the past have ruined things for those of us that are honest. And is also unfortunate how they handled the situation.

This place is a perpetual favorite for our children's and youth groups! They look forward to it all summer! Group pricing provides a really affordable way to plan an outing. Two thumbs up!

Food not the greatest, and prices aren't either. But the specials, in particular all you can play in an amount of time, well worth it! Lots of opportunities to do cool things. Great variety for all ages. Just get a special, or you'll drain your wallet.

Good place to take the kids. We had a blast as usual. The buffet is pretty descent and you can't complain too much when there is unlimited slushes involved. There is always a movie playing to watch while eating. The arcade is a blast!

A large variety of great games, indoor go-carts, skee ball, plenty to keep everyone entertained. The customer service is bad. The food at the buffet is okay, if you like that type of thing.

Really, the facility rates a straight 2.5 on the star scale.
It's clean enough, the staff is friendly & game for giving patrons a good experience, and the arcade is well-stocked with the usual suspects.
But!
The workers have received minimal training, key positions are left to only one person. Ordered a milkshake for my 10 year old. It seemed to be the clerk's first time soloing with ice cream, milk, and blender. Seriously.
Overpriced, as is the way with such entertainments. Advise you plan for special sales events, where y'all might buy a package deal or attend a happy hour.
No regrets coming, but likely won't be repeating the visit.response / report this review -

They used to be good. Their employees don't care about customers and I know they've been turned in for kitchen staff being illegal aliens. Food was okay, could have been better. The theater dining area while the projector worked, there was no sound. It took forever to get a response from management before they just said, "Oh the speakers have been out for weeks. We would get someone to come in and fix them but they're only available during the week and we can't close down an area while we're open." So in other words, you're telling me it won't be fixed ever. If they want to stay in business, they need to start at the management head and go down to correct their issues.
