Great service! I went in at around 1030-11ish. Surprisingly, there was only a few people ahead of me. The DOL workers were well mannered and pleasant, differing from the many horrific stories I hear people talk about when going to the DOL. They had 3 of the 5 counters open which helped. All together with waiting, eye exam, taking a pic, then getting called back up for my receipt, it took roughly 20 min! Solid service!

I went to the Bremerton DOL on Tuesday, staff was incredibly rude and slow. I went to the Poulsbo DOL today, literally no wait, and fast and friendly service! Worth the drive.

Out if all the licensing places in Washington state, this one's the best for staff friendliness, customer service and cleanliness. Wait times are varied. At the beginning and end of the school year seems to be the busiest.

Stopped in to get an enhanced drivers license at about 2:00 on a Thursday. Not crowded, well organized, staff was pleasant and helpful. In and out about 45 minutes.

The state budget only allowed two employees to work out of five stations. Lol Service was good. Long wait time. Bring a book of charge your smartphone.

Get there early! At least an hour before it opens! Very unimpressed service. Went to get a permit and employees are not up to date on current rule and regulations. Please educate your employees about the vision rules.

Driver examiner made an inappropriate joke to my wife & son when my son was there to take his driving test. Then proceeded to be very intimidating to my son while conducting his test.

Shortly after moving from out of state, I went in to get a Washington license. I was in and out with my new license in under 5 minutes. Incredibly fast!
