Professional, welcoming and informative. My little brother and I go here to get our eye exams and new pair of glasses. The staff are warm and the eye doctors are respectful. They have a nice variety of glasses to choose from.

great selection of stylish glasses - professional yet personable staff! Everyone is very friendly and helpful and getting all my questions answered. I used be a member at a large chain optometry for over 10 years and yet no one remembered my name and made me feel welcomed. I've been to Eye Doctors of Everett twice and the second time 3 out of 4 people there remembered my name and made me feel valued. I am a customer of Dr. Quang from a previous location and the level of service that he provides and professionalism and knowledge of his current and even new products is very impressive.
I live in Renton - met Dr. Q when he worked at an office in south seattle - now that he has his own office in Everett, despite the 1 hour drive to see him, I still make the commute due to his impeccable service and product knowledge. Two thumbs up! I look forward visiting his new downtown Seattle office upon my next check up!

Dr. Quang and the staff was extremely in helping me figure out everything wrong with my eyes. I've been to many other eye doctors before to find out why my eyes are always dry but none were very helpful. Then came Dr. Quang and he was very attentive to the problem. He asked a bunch of questions, gave me the right contact lenses, provided some sample eye drops, and now my eyes feel better than ever.
On top of that, he also recommended blue light reflective lenses for my glasses which helped out a lot in preventing strain from staring at a computer screen for too long.
Check him out if you can. He's very professional and knowledgeable.

After going to the same eye doctor for the past 15 years, recommended by a friend, i decided to go to Dr. Quang Nguyen. His staff was helpful with any questions I had since it was my first visit there. His office had a large array of frames ranging from designer to simple frames to fit any size face. I went through 4-5 different frames before deciding the right frame for me. Dr. Nguyen before seeing it on my face, chose the correct frame that would fit me perfectly. The eye exam was quick and thorough and the equipment used looked more up to date than the equipment my previous eye doctor had in his office. My vision is a lot better, and i'm looking more stylish than i was before. I highly recommend anyone to go get their eyes checked by Dr. Nguyen.

Great work by Dr. Quang Nguyen and his team! They are all very friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable staff. Easy to make an appointment. Frame selection is great! Dr.Nguyen definitely cares about his patients and wants you to leave his office with all your questions answered! He explains everything thoroughly and you can tell he is so knowledgeable in his field! Oh and I took forever choosing my frame, but they were very patient with me. They also help you with honesty on which frame looks nice on you and which fits you best. It was my first time here, and I will return for my next check-up. You can definitely trust your eyes with Dr Nguyen!

The people there are so friendly and warm. It's like an easy-going family working together.

My first visit in 2001 was so-so. The service was great, but the previous eye doctor made me uncomfortable by telling me that I only wear my [very first] glasses "only at a football game". I told him that I don't go to football games and very likely won't in the future, but then he insisted again, this time grinding out the words, "only at a football game". I looked at him oddly, wondering what he was hinting at, and felt uncomfortable.

This time, five years later, I got Dr. Nguyen instead and he is phenomenal. Very easy-going and easy to understand. The guy who helps you pick out the glasses has been there a long time, and I remember him from last time. Very fatherly/grandfatherly and very patient. The ladies there are sweet, too. And that was on a very busy, noisy (fussy child) sort of day, too. I don't think the creepy guy is there anymore, and I'm glad.
