I used to patronize this establishment regularly when they were located on Parker Rd. Never again. I ordered a tripe and fries meal and received 3 fries. When the person who ordered and picked up the food called to complain about the amount of fries, they were told you get less with a combo… seriously 3 tho. The piece of tripe was so thin and small I only used one piece of bread. I’m really disappointed in the food quality received from this business.

My name is Jason and I’ve been going to potnars for years ordering the same thing and tipping every time. Their food is still decent but their customer service is horrible to the point they lost a customer of 10+ years because they mixed up orders on their end and were rude and unprofessional about it. Big boy the owner still my guy but I would avoid spending my money here. Go to Your Kitchen or Ali’s up 367.

They are beyond rude . I used to enjoy coming here because the service used to be decent but now it's completely ghetto. Was put on hold and then hung up on. I called back and was told we're busy. I guess this is the excuse to hang up on a customer? never again what I come there and me and my mother been coming there for years. I work in the food and beverage industry and I get it you do be busy but we don't never hang up on paying customers.

Their food used to be so good. I used to come here years ago..
I purchased tripe, it was cooked hard and no flavor. You get 4 potato wedges and they were not of flavor.
4 wedges? Wow, prices have gone up and food is not good at all! I'm so disappointed and you used to get so much tripe, enough to make another sandwich, which is the reason I didn't mind spending $8 for the sandwich. But 4 wedges?
