I have really thick long curly hair and it’s a big job to take on that’s for sure! I’m amazed by posh salon and day spa!!! They get me in and first off it’s a very nice place and all the staff and hairdressers are so nice and they have great enthusiasm and a positive attitude no matter how much hair you have lol 😂., however, I have had some bad experiences at other salons around here. I tried almost all of the salons here out before I found posh and they didn’t come close to posh at all! I mean some where better than others but they don’t hold a candle to posh, to me that is. What I find so amazing here at posh is that I feel so welcome and like I’m part of the family basically! The environment is always so upbeat and happy totally accepting of everyone! Oh and another thing, they are all so talented with hair it’s awesome 👏!!! They make me so comfortable and happy and they never fail to give me exactly what I want!!! Oh and probably one of the absolute best thing about them is the impeccable speed you can achieve!!! I’ve been to a lot of different salons as I said before and some of them ended up taking 6 hrs and they still weren’t done they still had to cut it better and come back the next day to finish it?!! Also it cost me 235.00?!!! Usually it costs around 133 or 174.00 never above 100.00 at all the other places I went to ulta salon was by far the worst salon ever! I’ll never go back there again! They were arrogant and totally rude!!!! They did a half ass job on my hair, they didn’t give me what I wanted and they kept me there for 6 hrs and then ripped me off!! I think you guys shouldn’t ever go to ulta salon unless you want to get ripped off and charged way too high for the lack of service out there! Posh made me change the way I think about good hair salons and hair dressers! They never fail to make me so happy 😀 they treat me so good and make me feel at home and among freinds with their warm welcoming.Everytime I go there I know I’m going to love my hair!! They’ve got so much talent and speed I’ve had quite a few different hairdressers out there and they all are amazing with hair! I’ve never had a bad experience yet and I’ve been with them for like 5 years now! They make me look so gorgeous every time I go and it only takes them 2 maybe three hours at the most! When I’m done I can’t stop looking at myself bc I adore the way they do my hair!!!! 💯 I recommend posh salon and day spa over any other here in Kokomo Indiana!!!

I go there and will never go anywhere else. Taylor is amazing and always does an amazing job at what I want when I go in there. They are all friendly and provide excellent services. I have had nightmares other places. I know of people who complain about the prices.. but you get what you pay for! They are worth every penny :) I definitely recommend Posh.

Always loved Posh until today, when Heather gave me my back-to-school cut. Chunky bangs, absent face-framing layers, and an uneven bottom layer are only the tip of the iceberg. I may go back to Posh- after I recover from this hair nightmare- but I will NOT be seeing Heather again. I suggest Taylor, she knows how to layer.

At first the stylist was friendly but a bit of a show off, after she completely ruined my hair color she ignored me and left me with the so called apprentice. The owner even asked if I used box color ! NEVER! She was looking for an excuse for ruining my hair. When I called for a return fix on my hair they avoided me and would not call back. Finally when I got a hold of a stylist they made up an excuse for the owner and offered to put a color corrector on and had the nerve to charge me! It is all about the money not the ability or skill. That was the color the cut I am still trying to grow out.

Had a very bad experience. The stylist I had did not know how to cut hair. I have layers in some spots, no layers in others. The ends of my hair were not even. I went back and had it "fixed". It looks just as terrible as before. I should have spent less money and went to Fiesta.

Posh Salon is the ONLY place I go for my hair. Taylor is amazing at what she does, she always considers the health of your hair and is honest about whether or not your hair expectations can be achieved in one or multiple appointments. She's the only one I've ever gone to on a regular basis for touch-ups, trims, or big changes because I can trust her. The health of my hair has done a complete 180 since my first appointment with her. She is also fantastic with my daughter's long, thick hair. My husband gets his hair and beard trimmed and styled by Derrick, who is also amazing! Kierstan is fabulous with Novalash and has given me great skincare advice with their dermalogica products (pricey but worth every penny) which has cleared up my aging, acne prone skin. They are always polite, always smiling, and they genuinely love what they do. You can walk out of the salon with confidence and feeling better about yourself than when you first arrived. I could never stand how other salons would chastise clients about their hair care and gossip about everybody the entire time. Posh does NOT behave that way. They're #1 in Kokomo for a reason! You just have to be patient with booking an appointment because they're always full, and be considerate of making sure your appointment time slot can accommodate what you're asking for because some techniques take longer than others. That only proves how good they are, this is NOT an assembly line style, chain salon with botched clients from a rushed cut/color.

At this point, Lisa Anderson is the only stylist I trust to cut my hair. I’ve lived in Chicago & Tokyo and gone to some wonderful places but Lisa is far and away the best. There’s a certain level you can only reach with years of experience and a good education.
I’ve been going to Lisa for years and she’s attended training in New York & Chicago several times. After you see her artistry with color you’ll never go back to a bottle at home.
Lisa is also a genuinely kind and fun person to talk with.

Stephanie does an amazing job at styling hair! She stays relative with current styles & trends, which I believe is super important! Also, if I'm just getting a wash, cut & style, she has me in & out really quickly, which I seriously appreciate as I don't want to spend all day in a salon.
