Cuban sandwiches and lunch fare options. Better known for their excellent pastries and cakes...

Sally Cake. The best! A combination of moist cake with berries and light cinnamon crumb topping.

Spinach Feta. Moist with just the right amount of feta in a croissant base.

Quesadilla. Not savory, but lightly sweet, butter vanilla cake with sesame seed topping. Great accompaniment to coffee or tea. Easily serves 4-6 people.

First off, expect to wait in a line; that should be good news because people don't line up for bad food. The potato balls are always a go to. I'm not a sandwich fan, just don't like them from anywhere. The soups and salads have always been good and flavorful. The bakery treats are always great and I'm always finding something new to try. I haven't been to location yet where parking has been drive up, park and get out; I've always has to drive around and look for a space

Nothing to hate about this place. Great food, great service. Line moves pretty efficiently. Come on a weekday after the morning rush, like around 10am. Parking is easy at this time and you'll get through the line pretty fast.

What can I say? Best Cuban sandwiches in the area. Also had the soup which was a corn and poblano pepper chowder, and trying a few different meat pies. Everything was incredible! I looked at the bakery goods and they look wonderful I will try them next time. Worth the trip even if you are not nearby.

Great prices (though they are slowly rising) and really good food. Best thing is it's local, family owned... community oriented. Been going since it was just one restaurant in Glendale. They deserve all the success they've had... including the line that stretches out the door and down the block at prime meal times.

Love, love, love Porto's! The lines are long, yes, but they are very efficient. Get there early if you can. I recently went before work to pick up a cake, got there 10 minutes before they opened and the line was almost to their back alley way! However, I was still in and out in 30 minutes.

So so delicious. Mango mousse, opera cake, and chocolate Parisian cake. And apple turnovers. The lines can be really long, even right up until closing time. Best bakery in Hollywood.

Long lines in short time ! I've never been in such a long line that moves so fast. Amazing food, seems all natural. Great staff. They work hard to keep it clean. SPLIT your party to reserve seating or good luck !

I don't normally throw out reviews and say everything was great, but this time I have to. We tried 8 items and all 8 very tasty and had the right moisture. We will be back next weekend to try another 8 items. There was a line at the door. Don't let that drive you away. It goes fast and it is worth the wait.

It's always PACKED, but their cakes are really good. Their drinks are good too, but I don't usually go for them. Their flaky Napoleon pastry is my favorite and their personalized vanilla cake with white frosting is really delicious. We got one for my mom's birthday and the guests asked for seconds. Lol.

Amazing seasonal pork sandwich on honey bun. Baked goodies to go. Ordering can get chaotic at times. There are two lines - one on either side and you can get both hot items and baked at either. Get in line quick and then stare at the board to see what tickles your appetite. Recommend.

The food was amazing. I loved my White Mocha blended coffee. And the Tuna Sandwich was great. The bread that you make is to die for. Its so amazing that next time I am going to order a thing of your bread with my sandwich.

The food is great! The atmosphere is cafeteria style ( that's why only 4 stars the food is too good for such a simple atmosphere). They should totally have a restaurant or an upscale location with longer hours. I would love to have their delicious pastries available after a night out. It's always busy and that's a great thing to me because their treats are always fresh since the demand is so high. I wish they had a frequent patron club so I can earn VIP status.

One of the best cakes ever. Like other reviewers mentioned, try different things on menu. Already been here multiple times and still discovering new items. It can be difficult to wait in long lines. But always worth it. I try to avoid peak times by looking at Google maps.
