Whoa!! Great food and staff was absolutely amazing. Why a good little gem in Valley Center. Enrique was very nice he even sung a song for the little one :)

I don't like pizza much but my buddy finds some great places. They make the pizza enjoyable for me, you can taste the quality! Highly recommend stopping by! Great staff, great new owner!

Great cannelloni. Excellent pizza. Fresh salads. Multi-generational family owned restaurant (family not Italian, but you would never know it by the authentic food they serve). The only thing I'd recommend is please change the music. It's hard to digest Pop, Rap or Jazz when you're eating Italian food, in an Italian restaurant, sitting next to pictures of old school Italians cooking pasta and serving pizza. Really messes with the ambiance.

Went in for dinner tonight. It was our first visit. Very friendly clean establishment. My boyfriend is used to authentic Italian food and he really enjoyed it. I thought it was great. Delicious food and reasonable prices.

By far the best service we received in the area. We were a big party, the only guest at the time and the waiter had great customer service.

Small, relaxed, quiet. Pizza is good, not greasy and consistently made. Haven't viewed the wine list in detail but they have a fair selection! Definitely 5 stars.

This is one of my favorite restaurants to visit for lunch during the week. The food is absolutely amazing and the service is fantastic. The grilled chicken is some of the best I have ever had, especially on the red beet salad.

I had heard great things about Portino's, but hadn't gotten a chance to try it until today. I am sorry I waited so long, it was fantastic! It has a lovely, cozy atmosphere with attentive and friendly service. All of the food we ordered was great, especially the lasagna. Probably some of the best lasagna I've ever had. We will definitely be back soon!

Very good food. Nice people! We go to Portino's almost once a week. They could improve on the service as it isn't consistently good. They do need to spice up the Alfredo. Overall it's good
