Charged with a DUI by monroe county sheriffs dept in September 2017!! I had several attorneys on my list, but while in jail several inmates emphasized BILL HEFERNAN in marathon, Florda!! When I was released from jail I called his office and spoke to his secretary jamie who was extremely sõft spoken and asked what she could do to help! As I explained my case she said " I hope that this offense doesnt keep you from visiting the Florida Kes again" She made it seem like it was not a big deal, but I thought my life was over!! Anyway Mr. Heffernan called we spoke about my case and before I could finish a sentence he finished the sentence!! I felt like when discussing my case with him that he was with me at the scene because he already knew what and how my stop and arrest took place! Mr. Heffernan is the "BEST IN THE BUSINESS" when it comes to DUI law in the Florida Keys!! My suggestion is DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE anywhere but especially in Monroe county! Thank you Mr Heffernan and his assistant jamie!!
