Installed a remote-controlled roll-down hurricane shutter above sliding glass doors that lead to a second floor deck. Made needed adjustments to doors before installation. Very pleased with the quality of the work, and the appearance and operation of the shutter.

The folks at Port City were amazing to work with! They did a hurricane shutter install at our condo in Kure beach. While their schedule was tight they were able to fit us in a month before our agreed upon date, which was awesome. The price was great and the installers were professional and courteous. The communication with Kellie at the office was outstanding, never took her more than an hour to reply to an email and she’s super friendly and professional. If your looking for hurricane shutters around Wilmington these are your folks!

I cannot recommend Justin and Kellie enough! They are easily the most professional, prompt, honest, and genuine people we have worked with in the Wilmington/Carolina Beach area. Quotes were provided within days of my initial contact, and they made a point to save us money at every possible turn. If you need work done on your existing shutters or need new shutters, call them asap! I just wish all trades were this honest and reliable!!
