Wow what a fantastic experience! We were passing through from Illinois to Kentucky and had a leaky tire, so stopped in to get the tire replaced. Unbelievably friendly staff- by far the best customer service I have ever received from an auto repair shop. Only wish we lived closer!

Sorry night service. Quoted 115.00 min of 2 hours. When they get done they charge you 2 hour min 115.00 plus mounts and dismounts. You can't speak to anyone the tech wants to deal with the driver not the person that takes care of the bills. When you call the number it is a night service and they can't reach anyone that has any pull in the company. I wouldn't reuse this company.

I was visiting family in the area and my son's carhad the wheel bearing fail badly. Called around and happened to find Pomp's who gave me a fair estimate on price and could do the work quickly. They were great about answering all my questions. Can't recommend them enough. As an out of town customer who they knew would probably never be back, they still treated me great.

Exceptional customer service! We limped into town on a flat tire and a prayer, and were so fortunate to find that Pomp's had the only tire in town that fit our car! We called before they were open and spoke with Gary (calls forwarded to him in Indianapolis until the shop in Crawfordsville opened) and he was able to tell us the Crawfordsville store had the size tire we needed. Once open, on a Saturday no less, Karen quickly confirmed that they had the tire and they were waiting for us when we arrived. They very efficiently and professionally replaced our tire. The mechanic, and supervisor (didn't get their names) were very nice and helpful. They know what they're doing and were genuinely kind people. If we lived here they would be our regular tire store! So impressed I actually wrote this (my first ever) review!
