Camron traded me on a Dixie Classic and I didn't even have to step foot in the store. He made it really easy, I sent a couple pics of my trade and he gave me a very fair price. Two days later the delivery guy was dropping off the Dixie. The gentleman who did the delivery was here early and did a great job. Thank you Humphrey's for making this a very easy process and sending a hat without even asking.

I got there and checked out the brands they carry. I'm 6'6", it's not easy to find a mower to fit me. We did. We found a Dixie Chopper Silver Eagle 27hp with a 72" deck. This was a straight forward and easy transaction. The gentleman who helped me was polite and had a great sense of humor. He wasn't going to haggle on the price, which is cool. I rather like to have a straightforward fair price placed for an item. We went with the ladies in the office to finance it, and we expect it to be delivered tomorrow. It was a great experience and it was well worth my drive to go there. The website they have is informative and their service department has done good work for a friend of mine. I expect I will receive the same honest and fair pricing whenever I need them. We hung out back in the service department while we waited for the finance stuff to go through. We chatted up the techs and hung out with the owner. (The gentleman who sold me the machine). Check them out!
+ Took the mower back for an adjustment and he took the time to explain the different blade types with me. Left with new style blades and a mower that is perfectly adjusted. Thanks again!!response / report this review -

I did a ton of research online before deciding I wanted to purchase a Kubota, and then talked to several dealers trying to address some concerns, figure out some options, and get the best possible price. Camron Humphrey was fantastic in quickly answering every question I sent. I was going back and forth between two models, and several accessories, and he went out and took measurements for me, researched possible modifications, and overall guided me to a machine and setup that perfectly fit my needs. I had good experiences talking with other Kubota dealers too, but Humphreys came through with a price that no one else could match, making it an easy decision to go with them.
When delivered, my machine was setup well--all the fittings were clearly freshly greased, and I have only needed to make a couple of very minor adjustments.
I can't evaluate their service department since the machine is new and problem free, though the competent setup is reassuring. (I chose the Kubota because of its strong reputation for reliability, and the fact that the basic maintenance and excellent parts availability will make it easy for me to do routine work myself.)
Based on my experience, I have no reservations about recommending Humphreys highly to anyone in the market for a Kubota.response / report this review -

The Humphreys are truly a great family to deal with! They take the time to know their products, and customers, and go above and beyond great customer service. Not only are they an amazing business, but also very involved in their community. 100% trustworthy! See ya guys soon! I need a new string trimmer!

Great hometown company! We truly can depend and trust this family owned business. We've made multiple purchases in the past from chain saws, snow blowers, lawn mowers, etc. Great products and services! Will always buy from the Humphrey's family!

Recently purchased a used Kubota L2550 tractor from Humphrey's Outdoor Power. I couldn't be happier with the tractor. Special thanks to Cameron, Brian, and Candy for the great service and good deal. I've been doing business with them since 2009 and enjoy the family atmosphere of a small town business. They continue to be the only place to shop for my outdoor powered needs - especially Kubota and Stihl products.
