  They were able to come one hour after I called. Bob did an inspection and found the hole where the rodents gained access. The following day Navarre Bladorn, the technician came back to treat the entire area including the crawl space. He is very knowledgeable, respectful and professional. He answered all my questions and was very informative. I'm so pleased with this company, their customer service and professionalism is exemplary. I highly recommend them.

  The initial call was followed by Bob showing up in twenty minutes for a quote and plan of action! Three days later Navarre and Nathan showed up and performed the first visit to take care of our ant infestation. They were very professional and did a great job. I highly recommend them and Pointe Pest control. Very happy with the service.

  I have used PP for nearly 2 years now and really like them. Their people are always mannerly and friendly. For the mice I had in my garage, they have come out 4x - twice to set traps and twice to check the traps and remove the dead mice. If you are a regular customer like me, they do not charge for this service. This last time they came (yesterday, 11/18), not all the traps were tripped, so I am hopeful the mice are gone. They still left several new traps and will return in a month to see if any are tripped.

  Bob came out the same day I called and they had an open appt 2 days later! Mike and Rob came promptly to my house and set everything up. Super simple and efficient. I look forward to having less bugs and no mice!

  Michael worked very hard to control our rodent problems. He truly cares about his customers. He was always very polite and answered all of my questions. It was a team effort. As the home owner we followed thru with all recommendations. With the lack of help in all industries I feel Michael is a strong asset and a great employee.
