  Your technicians (2) were at my home on Friday Feb 24.
  Three things: (1) after walking through the snow, to my front door, they entered with no regard to the fact that they tracking snow into my house. Your technicians should have and use boot/shoe covers when they enter your customers homes; (2) when your technicians tried to remove my crawl space access door, they did not have the appropriate tool. They had a wonder bar, that was too thick. They needed in thinner tool. It took the 2 of them about 5 minutes to get the door open: (3) They looked through the opening, said they saw a couple of traps with "food", and concluded all (~12) of the traps were undisturbed. I believe one them them should have entered the crawl space and looked at all the traps.

  New technician this time. I showed him around and he was was done in no time. He was very pleasant and easy to converse with. I appreciated he came to door upon completion and updated me on his findings and service provided. I would highly rate the service.

  They respond quickly if I have an additional problem between treatments. Everyone is very professional and has great information to assist us with our pest management. Highly recommend!

  We use Alpine twice a year for preventative maintenance. They have always been on-time and professional. They are willing to come back out and re-apply if there are ever any issues between treatments (we had a wasp under our deck and they fixed it right up). I definitely recommend them.

  In a time when I'm typically not impressed with customer service from various companies, Alpine was awesome to work with! The initial call to setup our appointment was great as they took the time to listen to our issues we needed to address and their processes, billing, etc.
  
  Flash, our technician, was great as well. He was on time, friendly, and professional. He also took the time to describe what he was doing, the products used, and where we was putting everything.
  
  We called Alpine on a referral from one of our neighbors and we will surely be passing on their information as well.
