The building is gorgeous and the staff is excellent! I've had the pleasure of working with Ulronda and Loren in the leasing office. They're very kind, helpful, and accessible. Rent specials made moving to Platform 4611 within my reach!

This building is new construction, and is in an excellent location. It's close to transit, a farmer's market, concert venues, and a community garden. The apartments are thoughtfully designed and have high-quality modern finishes. Even smaller studios felt spacious. The fitness center can replace a gym membership--- no joke! I counted 4 Peleton devices, with the works. There were free weights, treadmills, TRX and squat bars. Additionally, there are large community spaces for co-working and entertaining. Finally, I am excited about the Rise app, which allows me to "buzz" my friends up over text.
