I wasn't exactly sure what to expect when my husband and I filled out the contact form for Pink but we were blown away by Josie! She was incredibly kind, so helpful, and a real advocate for us. After showing us a dozen homes (even some an hour outside of Colorado Springs), we finally found the perfect home for our family. I cannot wait to get fully moved in. Thank you so much to Josie!

Susanne has been the best realtor through our homebuying process! She was so helpful when we were first trying to buy from AZ before moving to CO. Susanne went above and beyond by video calling and detailing all of the houses she visited for us with true honesty. Once we moved to CO, she helped us in choosing to build. Her advice and support throughout the building process has been phenomenal. As a bonus, the Pink Realty customer appreciation events are awesome, and we've been so thankful for the opportunities to go to the Zoo, movie showings, and a Vibes Baseball game.

Cindy G at Pink Realty was awesome to work with as our buyers agent! Jessica B was on the selling side and together these ladies truly represented Pink Realty well! Our closing was great and lots of fun; everyone at Pink truly makes you feel special! Thank you Pink for such a great real estate experience! 💗

I had the best experience today! I went in to drop off some of my business cards for cleaning. I wanted to offer them my services, and present Myself! And the lady at the front desk was so kind and so professional, she made me feel like I was only person on earth! Wonderful company, and I know when we do sell our house, we will definitely be going to them! Thank you pink k realty for having amazing staff!

Emily M. is an amazing realtor ❤️
When my other half and I first started out looking for houses, we worked with a brand new realtor through a different company. We were under contract on my dream home, but unfortunately some things came up during title (hidden HOA). Working with a brand new Realtor as first time home buyers was very difficult for us. After we terminated our contract, I was determined to find the perfect realtor for us! I interviewed 10 different realtors from 10 different agencies. After talking with Emily for about 45 minutes, on the phone about our previous experience and what we are looking for, I knew she was the agent for us! She was reassuring, extremely detailed and wonderful at explaining every single process to me (in terms that I would understand). In this extremely stressful housing market, she was the friend.. the expert holding my hand the entire way. We ended up finding our (second) dream Home, closed within 30 days, and have the most magnificent view of Pikes Peak!
Even though we purchased our home last April, I still keep in touch with Emily. I have a feeling we will be buying another property with her again 🥰response / report this review
