  Very good service for a government office. However, parking was hard to find and the wait for help was a little long. The employees were friendly, courteous and helpful. The atmosphere was comfortable and clean. Overall, a genuinely pleasant experience for a government operation.

  I arrived 12 minutes before they opened and there was already 20 people in front of me by the time the doors opened there was 30 behind me. I had reserved to spend the entire day there but to my surprise I only waited 5 minutes.
  Tim was amazing he made the entire process painless and quick. I was in-and-out in no time flat.

  Very rude not helpful, its always frustrating going to tag office because of wait etc. But when there's a issue and your willing to correct and do your part ,what they ask but then claim did not receive fax , go back to front to find that they received fax . gentlemen at front desk was very helpful but lady at #12 not at all. So after 3rd time getting number finally got it. Funny if a normal worker say worked at a restaurant was rude they would be repremened but if you work for city or state apparently its okay. Yet these employees would probably be the first to complain on someone at another establishment if they were treated rudely or not helped.

  Great and friendly staff and the driver license department is open until they close which on Mondays is 5pm.

  I was in plain view of the door at 4:59 and was taking off my license plate and went to walk up to the door because I rushed from work to get my plates renewed and the lady locked the door as I was walking up. Beyond poor customer service. Not all of us get off in time to go to the tax collector to give our hard earned money mid afternoon.

  It's so much nicer than it used to be. My most recent visit was Friday before a three day weekend at 3:30. Only had to wait a half hour, and the service was great!
