Very well maintained property. Our aur conditioner stopped cooling and they got it fixed the sane day. There are lots of sponsored activities. Management staff are very friendly.

Excellent property managers in Pine View North. Very helpful. They are responsive to any request.
Suggestions: install water saving shower heads; vacuum cleaner very hard to push on carpet, rough on older folks' backs.

Pine View is a great place to stay for the Summer Citizen program. The apartments are kept up and any problems we have are taken care of promptly. Love the neighbors and management!

If you're an incoming freshmen or just want to meet new people, this is a great social place! I especially love that they recently added a sidewalk on the north side of the building to the Aggie Shuttle so that I don't have to walk through the ice and snow during the winter anymore!

First apartment I've lived in, but loved loved loved my managers (North building)! They we're super friendly and worked with you. It wasn't the cheapest place (but not most expensive either), but was located in a very convenient place (near Maverick Stadium and there were multiple school and community bus stops nearby). Social environment too (although it could get loud sometimes because of this on the bottom two floors). Look-wise, some apartments looked better than others, it just depended on which one you got assigned to. My apartment wasn't the best looking and had some flaws, but the managers worked well to try to help fix anything. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this place.

Pineview is amazing! It is a very social atmosphere, and so much fun! It has great apartments, people, and is close to campus. I would highly recommend living here!

Came up to USU my freshman year not knowing a soul. I was assigned random roommates at Pine View. All of those roommates are now my very best friends. Very social and close to campus, the Spectrum and Maverik Stadium. I recommend Pine View to all incoming USU students.

If I had a choice between living in Golden Corral's bathroom, or Pine View Apartments, I'll wake up smiling every morning to the smell of excrement. At least the bathroom won't steal my money. The owner/manager of Pine View is a con artist. It's an old apartment, and they decided to fine us for years of wear and tear. We cleaned the apartment thoroughly, and upon checkout they told us it looked great. We signed our names and they promised to send our deposit checks in the mail. Then they changed the charges after we had signed, and fined us for our entire deposit. Over $200. They also have a partnership with a booting company that will try and scam you big time. Stay clear of this place and your life will be much better.

Oh beloved Pineview.the legacy of the freshman girl and RM boys apartment complex has hit rock bottomIt is disgusting. The display room is like a Hilton hotel room compared to the actual apartments. I actually had a roach crawl into my casserole before I stuck it in the oven. I fished it out and cooked it anyways. In retrospect, it was bad, but hey, at least it was confined to the kitchen. Picture walking into your new apartment with a pee stained shower curtain. Why couldnt they use a portion of my rent to pay for a $15 shower curtain? I tried kept the place spotless for a while but gave up when things with my roommates went downhill and I just avoided being there as much as possible.

Pineview pool rules are excessive. The contract has over 15 things you can't have in the pool including kayaks why We feel like the management has been listening to our conversations through the wall. Ive lived there for 1 year and parking is a joke. Don't bring a car unless you want to walk 2 miles to your house. "Always read the contract."- management.
