We stayed there for 2 months. The manager said my truck was unacceptable to be in the park because it had rust on it (even though he let it slide) the prices per month where ski high (not to mention, the visitors passes were insanely expensive). We had poison ivy all around the border of our site which they had to come by and spray. They allow dogs and that is the only reason we stayed there. Place is a rip off. Look elsewhere.

3 weeks ago, Will Goodwin posted a review that matched 95% of my experience. I selected this place because we were hosting a friend and her 8 year old for their first RV outing. My site was a swamp when we pulled in on Friday. We had to push so far back, 2 inches off a tree to find a spot where the door wouldn't open in 3" or more water. They laughed at me at the front office when I checked in and asked what he meant by all the water. Quote: "Well, it has been raining all day, what do you expect?" My answer was that I don't expect to park in a pool. Maybe I should have said, kiddy pool. I select RV parks with the expectation they cater to RVs and ours is a 40" class A. Do they think we want to park these rigs in mud and water. Well, the next day explained a lot. After the water receded, we repositioned and sat for coffee and watched thing unfold. The place was chaos. The golf carts overwhelming. I stopped counting after 300 cars, trucks and golf carts passed and it wasn't even noon. Thank god they had activities so our guests were entertained all day long. I stayed at the site to read and relax but without ear plugs, all you hear are golf carts. Oh wait, there is a balance. As I sat and read with my ear plugs in, I was blessed with the occasional whiff of pot that someone was smoking at another site. Now that it's legal, I guess it's acceptable to smoke in the open. Fine by me, to each his own. When the night came, the golf carts didn't stop but in fact, became dangerous. Our site was next to a speed bump that some people try to avoid by driving off the edge of the road to lessen the bump. The more drinking, the worse the driving became. When 11pm rolled around, it slowed, but didn't stop. Golf carts with headlights pilled high with people going from the dance to different sites. Just walking or riding bike was nerve racking. My friend had to help a young boy back to his grandparents site because he crashed his bike avoiding a car and golf cart that were passing to close. After that, she wouldn't let her son walk to the bathroom by himself. I'm all for having fun. I used to have a seasonal up north and even had my own golf cart but never did I ever endanger myself or anybody with a such erratic behavior. This place is huge, and I don't see a problem with golf carts when used responsibly but after dark, they should no longer be allowed especially given the amount of drinking that occurs at this RV Resort.
In my honest opinion, The term resort is a bit of a stretch. This place is nothing more than a summer trailer park of weekend warriors coming to blow off some much-needed steam. The place does an excellent job of creating activities for the kids and even the adults. The 5% that I didn't agree with in his review is the term douche bag. With the exception of the idiot that checked us in on Friday night, everybody we engaged with is extremely friendly and really looking to just have a good time and you can't find fault in that. So if you're looking for an RV resort, look else where. If you're looking for some laughs and a bit of chaos you found the right place.

Too tight for our fifth wheel. Low branches in areas. Golf carts, bikes, pedestrians, and vehicles sharing roads in the CG. I saw many happy happy people. For us It is not our type of place.

I go every year and Absolutely love it, the staff are extremely nice and friendly,the activities they plan are really fun and I will definitely go back ever year

Pine Acres is an all around amazing campground. The staff do a great job keeping the patrons happy and busy! The friendly staff members truly treat you family the moment you walk in! The activities are so fun and good for all ages. If you have younger children, teens or even want to get away and enjoy some adult time this is the place for you. The bathrooms are all modern and kept VERY CLEAN. Also, the newly built basketball court keeps my boys very active! After many years of searching for the perfect campground we are so blessed to finally call Pine Acres our home away from home. Come see for yourself!

U guys are the worst camp ground in New Hampshire history it is ashame to everyone consider you part of this lovely state.
Ur rude and very disturbing appearance has hunted my children has made me a single father my wife has left me because these circumstances u in flicked on us during our stay.
I could not stress it enough. But I am seriously disgusted by the way you handle your camp grounds u should b ashamed of ur behaviors.
For any other families looking to get away country style please don't not fall for there genjustu
They are of the worst users crack and heroin residue all over the ground not safe for kids or even adults . Please if u value ur families well being do not ever come here I arrived on 12/14/16 from California and I had to leave 12/15/16 after paying for the week I couldn't do it bed bugs and junkies everywhere. The beach was fun, the trampoline raft the kids loved. They enjoyed the playgrounds. It's generally loud at night. Things don't seem well maintained, my kids and I got stuck in the bathroom cause the door handle broke, it looked like they didn't clean the showers, (nearest to our site). The bathrooms farther from our site were very nice, but still not cleaned often enough. All the screens in the bathroom doors were busted or lying on the ground.

It is an awesome camp ground. Me and my family have been going there for years and it keeps on getting better and better. The staff is very nice. The theme weekends are phenomenal. There is endless things to do there. It never gets boring. Overall it is a great campsite.
