Please do not but anything from this place, looks like they don't care about customers. The lady behind the counter was very aggressive and so rude. She refuse to help me with the guaranty to replace my piercing because she had plans after work. Whaaaat a bad service!!!!@!

Bought a chain and charm from this place and i kept asking the salesperson is this REAL gold not that fake filled gold knockoff and she told me "yes its REAL gold and that they dont sell fake gold". Long story short took my chain to a jeweler and they told me it was gold filled. I was pissed and I know now not to buy from them.

I just called here to ask about some hider plugs and the girl that answered was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. She even went to look through all the stuff on the floor quick trying to find the item I was looking for. They didn't end up having it, but I can't remember the last time I had such an awesome phone interaction. And I would not have expected such professionalism from the piercing pagoda in the mall Bravo, girl on phone. Bravo.
