Nice place. Lawn upkeeping can be better. Good place to visit when it's not a holiday. Biggest complaint would be that the cemetery turns into a park when a holiday hits. Soccer balls being kick and people walking and running on top of others gravestone knocking down others decorations. Not cool at all, wish that management would enforced some rules. It's a place of respect.
Amazingly great place to have a service for your loved one. We were given guidance through the process helping us with all the details, they made it easy for us to get everything needed taken care of. You feel like they truly care about your situation and I felt at ease that the service would be handled in the best manner. I was incredibly pleased with the staff, great attention to our needs and we were included in details of the service. They made a day that was hard enough go smoothly. Wonderful funeral director with so much professionalism. I was very pleased how organized the days event was and kept the service on time. I wholeheartedly recommend this place
Our experience at this memorial park has been outstanding. Since the very beginning we were treated kindly and respectfully. Particularly Adriana Cervantes helped us with everything we needed and answered every question we had. We really liked having her as our person to rely on for the service and we definitely would've been lost without her help. Till this day she has assisted us with all the help that we have had trouble with. We have so much respect for her and we love to acknowledge a great worker when we see one. Thank you for everything Adriana!
I would like to say thank you to the team members of Pierce Brothers Crestlawn Memorial for everything. To Adriana Cervantes from day one she help us and made everything possible for us. She always answer all of our questions and gave us so much information. As this was something new for us. From our viewing to our burial everything was perfect. Thank you so much
I am extremely disappointed with the upkeep and condition of the grave sites. Memorial Day weekend I went to go place flowers on my brother’s grave as he is a Veteran. There were flags on a lot of the graves, not his. It was all brown and full of dead grass. I tried to uncover the metal flower holder to fill with water and place the flowers that I had brought but could not find it. I called the office while I was there and was told someone would call me back. They didn’t.
I wish I could leave zero stars!
We have been ordering flowers from this florist since our sister passed in 1996. They used to be wonderful, gorgeous bouquets and placed in a timely manner. Not anymore, flowers are crummy and pathetic looking. Also never placed when we ask for them. We will be looking elsewhere for our next purchase. This place has gone to the dogs.
I love it cause. They take care of landscaping
My mom's on Graceland near the corner about 13 up 20 over Wilma "Ruth" Graves Clevenger. .put a coke on her grave from me her daughter..
