I absolutely love this place! They have the best brunch buffet selection. The service is impeccable along with a top notch staff, that’s always does their best to accommodate large parties.
Last place my mother took me to for my birthday before she passed away. The food was great. The View spectacular. It is a classy place so prepare to spend a little more. Well worth it though.
I am not one to write a bad review, however this experience is worth the rant. Last nights dinner was disappointment to say the least! We went on a Tuesday night (Halloween) so it was not overly crowded. Our waiter (Daniel) immediately asked us about drinks, I was on the fence and when I finally decided not to get a drink it was clear he was disappointed. I got the lobster bisque which was watery (not a good thick bisque like I was expecting). My boyfriend ordered the calamari and a drink (which were both excellent). Once our entrees were order it took 50 minutes to get our food. Our waiter (Daniel) was clearly paying more attention to his tables that were ordering multiple drinks. I found this incredibly rude; he was absent for most of our meal, and we had dirty plates just sitting on our table between courses. For a $150+ dollar meal I would say it wasn't worth it. I would have expects quality service for the price. I would not recommend wasting your time here, the quality of service is sub-par.
Brunch is good. It's a little over priced with very little variety I'm menu if you've gone before. Breakfast options could be better. Eggs are very runny and bacon is soft not crispy. All depends how you like it. Lunch portion is pretty serviceable and prime rib is pretty good. All in all a solid option. The price is high for the quality of the brunch but the views are nice. Good not great and a little expensive.
We went for the Sunday brunch, it comes with a glass of champagne or a mimosa. My husband and I loved it! It's buffet style and the food was imaginative and delicious! They had a variety of hot and cold dishes as well as a raw bar. I love Sunday bunches, and this is in my top 3. By far the best I've had in my area.
Pier W delivers! Food, Service, and Atmosphere were both excellent! The speed and efficiency this restaurant performs at is something to admire. Will be back! Over and over again.
The experience would have been top notch if it weren't for the staff who when entering the establishment made you feel Less than welcome there. The staff seem unhappy working under the management. A Smile and friendliness goes a long way. Good thing the food was good, our waiter was nice.
We spent our anniversary dinner at Pier W. They went above to make sure it was special. The menu was "anniversary" personalized and they brought out a special dessert, too. Dinner and drinks were superb. It was a hazy night - but as the sun set, you could see the city lights in the distance. The overall vibe of the restaurant is upscale and classy. All in all, a great experience!
Had brunch there yesterday. Even though we were early, we were graciously greeted and promptly seated. Our waiter was attentive and the buffet selection impressive. The seafood was amazing as was everything we sampled. The pianist offered a variety of upbeat tunes and all staff members were efficient and pleasant. Can't wait to go there for dinner. My only suggestion is to add valet parking.
Great spot, amazing view of downtown. Happy hour is very busy but one of the best in the city. Food is upscale, seafood is good. Prices are high, but you pay for the view more than the food. The wine list is exceptional.
My first fine dining experience was here and it was truly amazing! We ordered crab cakes, the vegetarian tasting, and walleye. Everything was cooked to perfected and our waitress was beyond amazing. Such a great experience!
This restaurant has one of the most beautiful settings in all of Cleveland. It is essentially built into a small cliff overlooking the lake with large windows all around so you can watch the sunset while you dine. The view alone is worth 5 stars as it is extremely romantic. The food is towards the higher end with meals costing anywhere from $25-$60 for dinner. However the price accurately represents the class and quality of the experience. There is also a rooftop balcony above the restaurant with its own entrance which is perfect for before or after your meal.
I highly recommend Pier W to anyone looking for a romantic night out with your significant other or a formal occasion to celebrate.
I payed $6 for him beam during happy hour But that's whatever. The cherry Manhattan was good. The food specials is what you go for. Get the calamari. Also the peanut butter chocolate bomb dessert was out of this world! And the view is incredible of course.
