Working at a dealership and having worked with multiple towing and tow yard companies. Eddie's was amazing. Easy, professional, all around pleasant given the situation of the experience. I hope not to have to use them again, but if another unfortunate circumstance happens, I do hope it is with Eddie's

A customer of ours had Their truck towed to our shop, and the driver said we don't drop vehicles in the shop and dropped it outside. I called the owner he said oh well get some guys to help you push it, then the driver on his way out had spoken some nasty words to my tech about me. I have never had a single tow company refuse to drop a vehicle in the shop. I would not recommend them to anyone let alone any of brother business. The worst customer service ever.

Absolutely horrible service. Warning if you get dispatched to them through AAA. Use another service. Day One: Stated they were on their way after five different ETA times. I had to call five times and each time was assured they will be on their way. Only come to find out after 2.5 hours of waiting, they cancelled the service because they said they don’t change German tires that go flat. Would’ve been nice to know 2.5 hours SOONER. I broke down with my daughter in the car and needed to get home and it was going on 10pm and pitch black outside. Had to eventually pay for an Uber to get us home. Thanks for Nothing.
Day Two: Repeat of day one with the exception I requested a tow truck. Took 3 hour wait this time. Same excuses with workers at this place claiming they were attending to “police accidents” but shortly after saying their driver was “heading out the door.” Can’t even get their lies straight. The only positive was that the tow truck driver was nice.
Definitely would not recommend using this business unless you enjoy being lied to and waiting around for 3 hours.response / report this review -

Driver left without providing receipt. I called the business and explained how I was not provided the receipt. The individual on the call (grumpy male) stated he would make sure it was texted to me. I never received the receipt. This is disappointing for two reasons.. 1) Not providing a receipt is illegal and 2) the towing receipt is required for auto insurance reimbursement. Cannot recommend although the driver, truck and response time were fine.

I called AAA when my transmission went out while driving. I was stuck. A single woman stuck can be scary enough, but after 3.5 hours, we call AAA back to learn that 2 tow truck companies had been dispatched but those companies had cancelled the calls. However, AAA never notified us and left me sitting there. I made some calls on my own and was referred to Eddie's Towing. After speaking with their really nice dispatcher, I called AAA back and demanded they dispatch Eddie's. The awesome driver Neal was there in 30 minutes, tried helping me get it going first, then loaded my car up and got me home. Kind, professional, compassionate, and knew his stuff!!!! The driver Neal helped me so much! Since I am a lady and by now it's gotten dark, he brought his wife Carrie along. She was funny, knowledgeable as well, and very kind. I did feel safe and they both have left a spot in my heart. They really went out of their way to make this a lot less stressful. I will now be a customer for life and will be passing the company name along to anyone asking about tow companies. They are definitely an A class company and I wish I could give more then 5 stars!
