  This was my third visit here with my new Mazda 6. The service guys were efficient and professional. The oil change was done very quickly. I forgot to ask them to change my wipers and even though they were ready to check me out, they went back to the garage and asked technician to do the wipers.

  Phil from sales is great! The entire team - sales, service, and finance put the customers first. The finance employee tried several banks to ensure we got the best interest rate. Very satisfied and will get all of my cars from West Chester Mazda.

  Very pleasant! The sales person exhibited professionalism throughout the sale. He explained everything in detail with the utmost of patience. I just wish I could remember everything he told me so that I don't have to consult the quick guide. :)

  We were very happy with our experience here. The sales men were courteous and not pushy. We received a fair price and are pleased with our purchase. Sales manager even went out of his way to get a better interest rate on our loan.

  I advise anyone who is looking to buy a Mazda new or used to come to Piazza Mazda of West Chester. The customer service is amazing. I bought my brand new 2017 Mazda 6 from John Pinkerton and there was never a miss step. Even with my careful questions and agonizing long decision time. When I say long I mean long, as it was about 2 years and they released to new models of the Mazda 6 from the time me and John started our conversation.
  
  Not once did he make me feel rushed to make a decision, and not once did he make me feel like he felt like I was wasting his time. He was always polite courtesy and eager to answer any new questions I had.
  
  When push came to shove and I was ready to buy, and I had almost an equal deal for the same car with another dealership. I choose the West Chester Mazda because of the great Customer Service Experience.
  
  The great customer service doesn’t stop there. Their Customer Service and Parts team is great as well. Most of my dealings where with Bill Bosler and he gave me and my car the same top shelf treatment as John did no matter how many questions I asked. If your in the market then trust me this is where you want to be!

  My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Piazza. Our sales associate, John, provided an exceptional sales experience. He is a class act, and very knowledgeable about the vehicles. The exceptional experience continued outside of Piazza's doors -- I don't have enough superlatives to describe our new CX-5! Thank you to the Piazza team!

  Bob and Fred are both by far the best salesmen we've ever dealt with. Friendly, interesting guys who've lived a life filled with adventure. They're not pushy, they listen, and they made buying a car a true pleasure. How often does one think that way about buying a car? Absolute stand up gentleman and zero games through the entire process. Couldn't be happier.

  This was actually a good car buying experience. I believe I was treated fairly, and received an honest deal. Melcom (the sales person) in addition to the finance person (Sorry, I do not remember his name) were professional and not manipulative in any way.
  
  Your experience might be different, but this is the information on my transaction.
  
  As with any car buying, do come prepared knowing what you want in addition to what you want to pay.
  
  All in all a good experience.

  I am rating my service experience with Piazza Mazda as excellent. It was easy to schedule after trying for a number weeks with Mazda dealership I purchased my vehicle from in Delaware and other local dealerships. The clerk setting my appointment explained that there was no shuttle service but would accommodate my need of offering a loaner. When I arrived to have the vehicle serviced, I was warmly greeted and asked what needed to be repaired. The service advisor explained to me what may be causing the issue and should take a short while and said I could wait and probably not need a loaner vehicle since I had a 2 hour window before needing to be in my office. It was a quick repair, reasonable and timely. If I were to consider another Mazda purchase in my future; I would consider Piazza.

  Nick Price (salesman) went out of his way to get the car that we wanted at a great price. He had great concern for our time and our needs and made the whole process a great experience. I highly recommend Nick and this Mazda dealership.

  Genuine, Integrity, Honest, Informative, Humorous and Professional are a few characteristics I experienced recently. I went on the Mazda website looking around for a newer Mazda with great features. Within the next few minutes I received a very welcoming email that made me feel the person on the other end was truly interested in helping me. The search was done very quickly while I was still noticing other local dealers sending a "scripted" email message asking about the best ways to reach me. No real genuine effort was felt so I continued to connect with John Pinkerton. John found the car I wanted with every feature I asked for except a remote starter which I will add later. :-). I drove home in my new 2016 Mazda 3, with less than 3500 miles and the features I wanted. I am very pleased with my purchase.
  
  John also located $10 in quarter rolls I left in my trade. I was surprised & shocked when he handed them to me and told me where they were left.
  
  Thank you so much for taking the time to make sure I was pleased with my purchase. I will definitely refer friends and clients your way. Keep up the great work!

  Piazza Service is truly remarkable. They fit me in and get me out. I can ask questions and they are never bothered. Even when I ran late for my appointment it was "no problem come on out." Paul , the service manager is not only very good at his job he is personable and considerate as are all the service personnel and mechanics. I've never had service like I get at Piazza. FIVE STARS!

  I could not have had a better car buying experience. I worked with Nicholas Price who walked me step-by-step through the entire process taking time to make sure my questions were answered and that I was comfortable with each ever step of the car buying process. He took his time, and made sure I knew I was his priority. I will definitely return when I am ready to purchase another vehicle and will be highly recommending this location and Nicholas Price to friends and family.
