The old automatic wash has been replaced with a brand new touch free wash. The self serve is still the same equipment.

yesterday I went on my lunch break and decided to have my car washed. I get here pay for the most expensive wash which was 8.00 just to have it stop on the second cycle and leave my car covered in soap. I had to drive elsewhere and pay a second time just to make sure the soap didn't completely dry all over my car. Very disappointed.

Lofty amount of soap and high (really high) water pressure. Two cycles are more than enough for a complete wash

I was in the process of only giving this auto car wash 3 stars cause it didn't appear to be working correctly half way through the wash. You get what you pay for. But I was approached by the employee over hearing my complaint to the next car. He offered another wash and dry. So I appreciate the customer service and actual on site employee.
