Our driver was really kind, energetic and funny! I don't remember his name but he is the one with the long hair, hopefully receiving his license soon. He has great energy and is good with people. It was nice getting to know him and I think he would make a great pilot. I enjoyed learning about ballooning and find it really fascinating.
I didn't like our pilot and this is the reason why I gave my experience a 3. He wasn't very friendly. I could tell he didn't like me taking pictures which bothered me a bit speaking of the fact I payed a lot of money to take a tour and learn about ballooning. My boyfriend isn't from the US and our pilot made an unnecessary comment about his country in his ending flight speech. I kind of wish we flew closer to the ground so that we could see the land a bit better, but to my understanding this is difficult depending on wind patterns at different altitudes.response / report this review -

No lie When I woke up this morning I had no idea that I would have the chance to see the Valley of The Sun from 5000 feet above the dessert floor. Our pilot Mike made me feel comfortable when he tole me that he was afraid of heights also. Lol! The entire flight crew made my first flight memorable. I defiantly would recommend that you take the time a fly with this team!

St.Valentines Day balloon ride was first class. Very professional pilot and crew. Only set back was a delay by four other guests who went to the wrong pick up point.we had to wait an extra 45mins. They finally appeared at the launch site an hour late as our balloon was inflating..found out later that they wanted a refund after they completed the ride.?

We had the trip of a lifetime!! Our sunset ride was beautiful and breathtaking. The crew was all very fun and worked hard to make sure we had a great time. It was my mom's 75th Birthday Bucket List moment! Thanks to Tara for being so accommodating with our scheduling issues, and for being so thoughtful. We will save up our money for another trip next season - one time is not enough

It was my first balloon ride. Our pilot/owner was very experienced and I felt safe. The sky was fabulous with beautiful clouds hanging over the low mountains. We literally floated in the sky, a great feeling. Once landed we enjoyed a celebratory glass of champagne and pastry while we learned the history of ballooning. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely loved out ride with Aerogelic on October 13, 2017. Mikie D was an awesome pilot and the rest of the crew were just as awesome. The ride was amazing and scenery beautiful. Will plan on doing another trip with this company next year. Thanks again for a great experience. YeeHaw. !!!!!!!

Amazingly scenic balloon ride this morning following an overnight rain. The pilot, and owner, Shane is very conscientious. In addition to providing a safe and lovely trip, he gives the history of ballooning while his guests are having champagne and juice.

We got so much more than we expected. Our pilot was amazing. Not just in his ability to maneuver the balloon, but he regaled us the entire trip with stories and information about the area. By far one of the best experiences I've ever had
