Our sales person, Rob Martin, was lovely. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle that we were looking at. He allowed both my husband and I to test drive the car, and not just for few blocks like most dealers. We were able to take the car on streets and the highway.
The only negative, was the dealer prep charge of about $1000 for the used car.
We will be shopping for a new vehicle in the near future, and we would definitely go back to Rob.response / report this review -

We came in to look at the new Tucson today and although we did not buy yet, of all of the stores we have visited they were the nicest, most helpful people we have encountered. When we are ready in the Spring, we will be back and plan to do business with them. Other places were short and had no interest in helping us unless we were there to buy!? We were comfortable from the start, Dave was outstanding and we met the Manager Jon upon arrival and Eric as we departed. How they treated us before a sale indicates to us how they will be after the sale. Kudos!

Very helpful and respectful when my daughter bought her new car today. I am 2500 miles away and they were willing to explain everything over the phone because I just wanted to ensure she is getting a fair deal. They even allowed her to send me copies to review. Everyone was respectful and disclosed everything. I can't say thank you enough. As a parent, you never stop looking out for your children. Thank you for letting me help her!

Price matters yes. And I shopped around in person and online and these guys were great. I found out that some dealers "bottom line" included a lot I didn't qualify for. If you're looking for an honest transaction and great service these guys are for you. I calculate honesty into what I'll pay and even if I pay a few bucks more that's OK but I want great served before and after the sale. So far, so great! Thanks Dave!!

We had a wonderful experience, are sales guy Louis was great he was very knowledgeable of the car we were looking to lease. There was no haggling at all we gave figures on what we were able to spend and they met our needs. All the staff here were great if anyone is in the market for a car give them an opportunity.

Had awesome experience. My salesman William Miesch was very knowledgeable about my new vechical,answered all my questions, had a great friendly personality. He explained all my options,helped greatly with financing process. Very satisfied with the whole experience. Would recommend to friends and family. Overall awesome experience

Nick Eckert sat down with me on short notice to give me some helpful insight about financing a car with my current financial situation. Going in I knew of would be tough with my circumstances, but he and his co-worker Eric Watson did everything in their power to find feasible solutions for me. I wasn't able to walk out wit a vehicle, but they provided great information as to what I can do in order to make a purchase with my financial standing. If you are at all confused or simply need to get a grasp on your buying power, this team will do everything and more to help you. Definitely plan to go back and continue business.

I can't say enough about how great my experience from start to finish was. I put a few checks online at different dealerships and this dealer was easy and spoke in language that I could understand. My email conversations were not in auto response form and in fact I got an email from the manager Jon simply asking, how can I help? Our visit went well and our test drive was over 20 minutes long and we never felt rushed. We worked out numbers fast and easily and there was no hidden manager that we didn't know. The same manager that emailed me was the one helping us. Other dealerships could really learn a lesson from these people. Everyone was honest, open and down to earth. This is the best car dealer and we actually had fun!

My true thoughts about making a purchase is what they do when you need something. We purchased a new Santa Fe last year, our first new car in years and we purchased both an extended warranty and interior warranty because it was a light color tan and leather. Last week we found that something had bled onto it but were worried if the warranty would even be valid. We called and they took care of it right away. They also offered to buff out a scratch for us and make our car look new again. These guys are the best and took care of us quickly, just like they did when we purchased a car. It's nice to see they answer the phone and handle things swiftly just as they did when we bought from them last year. Amazing customer service and people who hold their word.

I've been in Human Resources for over 20 years and I could use these people as an an example of how to work with one another. Everyone was great and the culture here is second to none. No doubt the best place to buy a car ever. What a wonderful place to do business with. Kudos!

I just purchased my 5th car from this dealership and I must say this has been my very best buying experience ever. The sales team was able to locate my special request Genesis G80 within 1 day. Absolutely the best communications a buyer can ask for. My sales rep Yinette listened and addressed all of my request and concerns without taking to much of my time. I will defiantly go back here for any future vehicle purchases.

Billy was awesome start to finish..no hidden costs the vehicle we discussed was on sight, we test drove, settled on price, Billy secured financing in 5 minutes our truck was detailed filled with fuel and we were out the door in less than 3 hrs start to finish. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new or used car to Call or stop by and see Billy

PE Hyundai was excellent to work with. No haggle competitive pricing made the transaction very smooth. Nick in Finance was also amazing. I had to put a little more down to make the deal work but I'm extremely happy with the process.
