  My lawyer, Nanette Cohen, was unreachable most of the time. They don't care about you. I lost a spinal injury case because of her inaptitude. Choose a better law firm.

  this place is a scam they never call you to inform you about your case and they are very aggressive when answering your call the customer service is terrible!!

  I worked for a chiropractor and a couple of clients had gone thru Phillips Law Firm for car accidents. I tried numerous times to get status on these cases and could not get a response from no one - not via phone calls, messaging, email, etc. I feel for those with active cases and can't get information - it is impossible. Do not hire them.

  I dont even know where to begin with this law firm but to say stay far far away. The communication is completely non existent unless you repeatedly request information. They seem to drag your case out as long as possible with no explanation. I have a basic car accident and its already been almost 4 years in with no closure in sight. I have been lied to about case progress and bounced around between 10 different people. Take everyone's advice and hire some professional who will listen and actually help you. This law firm is clearly way over booked to handle its case load and actually care for its clients.
