Very quaint and nice bed and breakfast. A few perks like cookies, coffee and wine. Enjoyed breakfast very much!

Our room at Pettigru Place was clean and nicely decorated but small. Our bed in the Rosamunde Room was not very comfortable. If you like to watch TV before sleeping this isnt't the room for you because the TV is the smallest I have ever seen. There is delicious coffee 24/7 and drinks in a fridge outside your room and good cookies. The breakfasts were far too rich for me and when I asked for toast to replace the Breakfast cheesecake, I was told that they had no bread. The location wasn't the best if you want to explore the downtown. Walking downtown was okay but walking home after dinner was difficult because it was up hill, the streets weren't well lit and the sidewalks were uneven. I wouldn't stay here again.

We held a mini reunion at this lovely B and B. Lori, the owner/manager, was awesome. Her southern charm and hospitality were outstanding. Each room has its own personality and decor. All have private baths and were beautifully appointed. The hallway upstairs has coffee, cookies, and soda available 24/7. Each room has a large screen TV but we never turned ours on. We were too busy visiting with all of our dear friends.

We stayed for 2 nights and had 2 amazing breakfasts. Each was different and delicious. A few in our group had dietary restrictions and those were accomodated.

When we return to Greenville, the Pettigru Place B&B will be our choice!

The room was beautiful, Randy was the best and Susie. The staff went above and beyond to make my anniversary wonderful. Even down to serving me breakfast 30 minutes early because I had to get to work and customized it because I don't eat eggs. The ultimate B&B experience.

Pettigru Place - a comfortable and inviting place. Randi welcomed us to the inn, explain all the details and amenities - coffee, tea, cocoa, cold drinks in the fridge, and a jar full of delicious chocolate chip cookies! She gave our keys and after a bit served us wine, and a cracker/cheese tray. We had a good night's sleep and awoke to a 3-course breakfast that was beautiful as it was delicious! Laurie served us an apple rose that was followed by Nutella filled ebleskivers, and finished off with an egg souffle. We are being spoiled! Our hosts could not be more gracious! Southern hospitality, for sure!
