Rooms are clean, staff is friendly, breakfast is as expected, cookies are nice. Good location. Walking distance to many shops, restaurants.

Nice hotel and staff. Basic breakfast. What you would expect from a Hampton inn. Hard bed, but I liked the pillows!

Very nice stay! Very well run and managed Hampton Inn. The front desk person was very helpful. The rooms were very clean and tidy as well as the hallways. They did a great job keeping the breakfast area cleaned and restocked. Would definitely stay again. Easy access to it from the interstate.

Typical Hampton Inn, but is starting to show a little age; closet door was off the tracks so wouldn't easily open/close, some stains on carpets, door safety latch wobbly. But always friendly staff at this location.

My wife and I have stayed here before. We like the overall comfort of this Hampton Inn. We have family and friends in the area and visit with them. We rather not stay at their houses so we looked for a good place to stay and found it at this place. It is clean, friendly and, for us, located in a great spot.

The hotel, pool and rooms are all very clean. The hotel staff are friendly and pleasant to talk to. There is also a good variety for breakfast.

We recently stayed here. The rooms were very clean and the staff was polite, especially Kelly at the front desk. She took time to explain multiple directions to us and gave us copious resources detailing restaurants in the area.

Maximum comfort and convenience. Got in late with unusual billing needs on a company card, but Claud handled everything quickly and professionally. Room was perfect. Breakfast exceeded my expectations.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Their complimentary breakfast was top notch with great options for adults and children. The stay was made all the more special because of their wonderful Guest Service Manager Claudriquz Irby. Great stay and great staff.

Our stay was most enjoyable, starting with the delightful Nelson at the front desk. He delivered excellent customer service, and with a smile. We were in town for my mother-in-law's 80th birthday, on a weekend with a big basketball tournament in town. The hotel was nearly full, yet we had no problems whatsoever. Our room was wonderful, large and quiet. Everything was clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable and the coffee in the room was good. I would recommend this Hampton Inn to others, whether for business, pleasure, or just passing though. I just wish it was pet friendly so our son and his pup could have stayed there too.

Nelson at the front desk provided one of the best customer service experiences I have had. He was very friendly, helpful and made our stay so much better than we had expected. The breakfast staff were also great. The hotel itself could use a little updating but it's not an unpleasant place to be.
