I have taken Peter Pan several times and it's been a great experience every time. The website is very easy to navigate, bus drivers are extremely friendly, and the buses are in great condition and comfortable. Free wifi and power outlets are a huge plus. Highly recommend

The busses are comfortable. Prices are fare especially if you plan ahead. But remember traffic and mother nature are unpredictable.

Very Curious Drivers, they announce the upcoming destinations and are willing to be flexible on Transportation Options Too!! Also, their buses are always Neat and Tidy.

I recently took the Peter Pan line to travel to Amherst, Massachusetts from New York. I believe it was around 5 am when I first hopped on the bus. They had a single file line heading towards the bus, of course. There was the bus driver outside the bus door checking the passengers' tickets one-by-one . The bus has many seats and they are somewhat comfortable but after a couple hours of sitting in the same position, your ass will hurt. It's a bid tidy but you can move pretty freely while sitting. You can keep your bags (like duffel bags) in a compartment above the seats. There are no lights turned on while the bus is moving , there is also a bathroom in the back corner of the bus. I hope you enjoy your trip!

I'm not a huge fan of peter pan, but they do get the job done and at a pretty affordable price. Make sure to double, maybe even triple check *where* your bus stop is because peter pan isn't always the best at describing where exactly that is.
Note that if you are taking a shuttle to Boston Logan airport, the bus isn't actually scheduled for the time on your ticket. Instead, it will pick up at approximately that time (it might be early or it might be late ) and that shuttle's information like it's dock number *will not* be displayed on one of the monitors at South Station. And make sure that when your shuttle comes, you know what airline/terminal you're going to, since the bus driver will ask and sort your luggage accordingly!

Bought an express ticket from Springfield to NYC. For some weird reason the bus stops in Hartford. On top of those passengers they made the driver wait 20 mind for another bus to take on another 27 passenger needless to say more than half of those didn't even make it on the bus since the bus was full. People who went inside at the station came back to find they didn't have a seat. Ever since greyhound took over the bus line has become a huge mess. This isn't the first time they're changing the route along the way. Even the drivers aren't made aware of these changes until they get to the station. It's a mess, won't ride Peter Pan again.

This line is operated by Greyhound. The Peter Pan line has a brand new fleet that are simply luxurious. I have taken this bus from Worcester MA to New York and back several times. Highly recommend this scenic route.

I am very disappointed with the customer service of Peter Pan at the Springfield. Springfield is the headquarter of the Peter Pan Bus Lines Inc. This location should be the model for good customer service. I am a Springfield resident. Today, the June 23rd, 2016, I booked the ticket online to go to Boston.I needed help with, what I need to present (I have printed copy but was not sure if I need to print an actual ticket from the desk) as I barely travel by bus booking online ticket. I waited for this lady in ticketing desk as she was in the phone. She signaled by gesture that she would help. I approached to her behind the counter to talk. She said, ''WHAT YOU NEED''. I was startled by this three words question with the rude tone by someone behind the counter to help customers who are traveling by bus. I did not respond. She again said, ''What you need''? I became very upset and asked her if she serve customer by rudely asking, ''What you need'? After listening that she covered her land phone receiver and lied me to cover herself by claiming that, she said, ''Which City I am going to'? I can easily listen and comprehend both words and tone of the question starting with What or Which. I left her alone as I was upset and she continued with her phone conversation. I walked back and fourth because it bothered the way she treated me. I realized that she was not in phone and asked her why she was rude with me. She again lied to me by claiming that she did not say, ''What you need''. I said her I can distinguish between two phrases. She rudely said me that do that, ''Do whatever you want, complain to who ever you want, I don't care''. After that I told her that I will call customer service and complain plus write unsatisfactory review in Google, which I am doing right now. If the surveillance camera is closely monitoring mine and her conversation, I would hire lip reading specialist to prove that she said, ''What you need'' in a loud rude tone. I called Peter Pan Customer Service. The customer service lady asked me to be on hold for several minutes. Later the call dropped and I called them twice but my phone was not received. I hate to tell this that the lady behind the counter is racist as she was racially profiling me. I am a brown man. I live in Springfield and I got humiliated in my own city by rude employees of the Peter Pan as I was traveling to Boston to catch early morning flight to Chicago. I am very disappointed by this experience and hoping that they will improve next time by respecting their customers.
