  Very knowledgeable gentleman working there who was super helpful. I came in looking for soft food for my dog who just had some dental work. I thought my only option was canned food. He told me about freeze dried food and all the benefits of it! I never even knew about it. I decided to try it. Brought it home and the DOGS love it! The cats are sitting by the dogs bowls while they eat wanting to try it. I'm going back to get freeze dried cat food for them. I appreciate his knowledge of the product and because of that, my dogs are eating better!

  Love love love my Pet Planet store. The staff is helpful and so nice. They help me with all my pet needs. The store is always clean and organized. It's my favorite place to shop for my furson!

  Miguel is awesome. He was knowledgeable and not pushy. Made sure I had the right food, harnesses and all questions answered. I feel very confident coming to this store and talking to him. My dogs love him too. Go there, you won't be disappointed.

  Friendly service and high quality products, and they do military discount! so glad to get away from petsmart and be able to one stop shop here instead. Will be back again and again!

  I wanted to take a moment to leave some feedback I received today while at Pet Planet. The gentleman there greeted my dog first then me which I liked. He showed real concern for my dog and made sure I understood why he suggested the products he did. Even though there were a few people in there he never rushed or made me feel rushed. He held my dog while we walked around and made sure that Frosty was happy to and gave him a little treat.

  Awesome store! I'll admit when I first walked in I thought it was going to be high priced. I was so wrong. Beyond reasonable and they have amazing products! Add in excellent customer service too! Check them out and I guarantee you'll be glad you did. I know I am.
