Normally I'm in here every week buying fish or dog food and have a good time. Tonight's experience is and should be embarrassing for their corporate office. I asked the young girl where the replacement filters were for their own product and she was clueless. I had to interrupt her from what seemed to be an amazing conversation between the two female employees doing absolutely nothing while the 3rd girl was hard at work stocking shelves. I walked back and had to help myself while the girl who was busy helped me with ease. I walked back to the counter to let her know that this was the "product" and thus will help her in the future. It fell on deaf ears and she continued to talk to the other girl and didn't bother to say anything while walking out. Terrible service. When you spend $$$ weekly there, it should be noticed that certain staff neglect customers. What a waste of time writing this but, corporate should be aware

The facility stinks and the service is a little above average. The fish I buy is 50/50last for years or die within a week.

Our cashier and helper Mike (long hair and super cute!) was wonderful! We asked some ridiculous questions about cat and kitten collars and he answered all of them and was very knowledgable!!! Thank you for making our visit a pleasant one and for helping us! You rock :)

We clean house every few weeks here. My pit bull mix just loves to eat and she will only touch Purina brand. They send coupons and you collect points towards rewards, thank God. We can save a little money at least when we drop $100 on food each time.
