I have always loved their service. I feel they always put your animal first when taking care of them, which they should. Friendly and easy to work with staff is amazing! I didn't give a 5 due to it not super exceeding my expectations of a vet clinic. It's like all the others. Their pricing is fairly cheap, but you can find some things cheaper else where. Give them a try I have brought my pets here and will continue to.

I would highly recommend Pet Haven to anyone looking for quality pet care! I have had nothing but good experiences during visits. The staff are kind and professional and they will inform you about costs ahead of time. I've been taking my animals here for the last few years and have never had any problem.

My 2 cats were super sick and I took them into pet haven as soon as they had an open spot. Sky was so nice and helpful and in very glad she was there. All vets are expensive but this one was not bad. Definitely give them a ring for all your pet needs!

I don't write reviews. I've been going to this Vet for several years with several dogs now. It is what it is, for animals. No fancy place, not like other Vets who build their office as if was John Hopkins hospital and want charge you for it. Those who do that couldn't be human Doc, so they became animal Doc. Real animal Doc do it for the animal not the title of Doctors. PET HAVEN DOC'S do for the animal. Good service good prices and Very Good DOCTORS who earned their title.

Large airy place. Several vets so if ours is involved with a surgery another can see us. Been using Pet Haven for four years and have never had a problem.

I used to take my animals here years ago. I decided to bring my cat for a spay, and seems like this clinic has gone downhill. I was put on hold 3 different times. They were very disorganized and couldn't find my cats paperwork both when we brought her in, and picked her up. I noticed my address was still incorrect after I told it to the receptionist about 5 times lol. Other than that, the staff was very nice, but needs to get have a better system of organization.

The staff and vet treated my fur baby with warmth love and kindness. She was a rescue dog from the Humane Society and had been abused by previous owners, they listened to my concerns and treated her like a queen. I have brought my other fur baby to them before he passed away they also treated with love and warmth. I will continue to use this clinic for my fur baby's needs.

We took our cat in on a Saturday morning when our usual vet didn't have office hours and the problem might have been too serious to wait for a Monday. The staff graciously worked us in, even though we weren't established clients there, and were able to diagnose and treat our cat quickly. Dr. Menze was great, loved her bedside manner. Prices were reasonable, too. Would recommend this clinic to other "pet parents."

I have always been treated very well and so have my pets. They are very compassionate about the animals they serve. The wait time is usually minimal and the costs are fair. I will use them as long as I own pets. On 8-1-17 I had to have my 12 year old feline euthanized. All the staff was so kind and they were very compassionate. I was able to take my girl's remains home with me so I could bury her. Pet Haven has cared for my animals for 20 years.

Years ago we tried Pet Haven and I wasn't impressed with the facility, the experience or anything. However we needed a vet ASAP recently and ended up using Pet Haven again. SO GLAD we did. The facility seemed better organized, the staff was great and the Vet our pup saw (Jenn, don't remember her last name) was awesome! No one was pushy, they were patient and informative. We have changed Vets and will be seeing them from now on. The Pet Haven grooming next door is where we always go for those needs we've never had a grooming issue and they are reasonably priced, friendly folks!

We came in for a first time appointment after recently adopting a dog from a local shelter. Dr. Spiller did an amazing job of taking care of our dog. She started off with a warm greeting and petting our dog but she quickly transitioned to a check-up. She checked him out so effortlessly that our dog never realized it and we didn't either at first. This was very important for our dog who is shy and nervous, but she kept him at ease the entire time. She also answered so many 'first time parent' questions that we had and she was so patient with us and never rushed us. Turns out our dog had hookworms but the treatment worked great and now he's feeling normal and healthy. Thank you Dr. Spiller. Highly, highly recommend.

We have been taking our kitties to Pet Haven since the early 90s - they have taken such good care of our babies, they have seen us through broken tails, toes as well as all the routine care and yes, even a few good byes. I have complete confidence in Dr. Smith and his staff. Dr Huppman is the best!

We've used Dr. Smith and Pet Haven Veterinary Clinic for over 20 years. They take excellent care of our animals. They recognize our dogs right away when we bring them in and treat them like their own fur babies.

We offer shelter and food for a couple of feral cats in the neighborhood. One abandoned her kitten which we then adopted. She was spayed at Pet Haven and is doing very well. Thanks to a great staff for the care and professionalism our little "Fritzie" received.

Due to the wonderful care I have a cat who is 18 yrs old and doing great. THE care for my 3 dogs could not be better. Earlier this year they saved my dogs life. ALL the staff is always so helpful. My pets ages range from 7 to 18 and all have diffrent care plans. The time the vet's spend with you is comforting. You can really tell they care about the well being of all animals.
