We went to Perfection Honda and bought a car. We thought everything was done and sealed. It wasn’t.
It is in challenging moments that you see great customer service: Paul Belsher started the deal again, even though we were frustrated and wanted to walk away, he didn’t; he took the time to get us a better deal than we had in the beginning. He also got us lower monthly payments. His colleague, Isaiah Chavez made sure the vehicle was perfect, thoroughly cleaned and inspected. They even got us a huge bow to place on the car!
They made sure our daughter’s first car will be a great memory for a long time to come.
And that’s what we loved about working with Paul and Isaiah: this wasn’t only about a sale, but in building a relationship with us and making our daughter and us very happy.

Amazing customer service. Scott Walker was our salesman and he was very nice and made it a point to work with us. Our original deal on a Used Civic didn't work out so he did what he could and ended up getting us into a New civic for the price we wanted. Overall a great experience and I would definitely recommend Perfection Honda to anyone looking for great deals on cars and excellent people/customer service.

Once we decided to buy a Honda, it was a pleasure to find this dealership while on our way home from visiting family. We weren't really expecting to buy a car that day. Ron helped us find a perfect SUV in short order. He listened to our must haves and only had to bring one car over for us to see and buy. Very fine buying experience. This is my first time buying from Perfection Honda and WOW! My experience was nothing short of amazing. Fernando Vela was my sales guy and he went above and beyond from the moment I met him. Never did I feel judged or that icky car salesman feeling from him. Fernando took his time sharing, reviewing & explaining all the inspection reports & service completed (their protocol in selling "Perfection" cars), which made me feel so safe and comfortable buying a car from them. Mohammad, the sales manager introduced himself and checked in with us a few times. When it came to financing they really went above and beyond. They worked their tails off. I do not like big dealerships and have had real bad experiences with them but THANK YOU PERFECTION HONDA for turning that around for me. From now on, I'll go to Perfection Honda and Fernando will be my go-to guy!

Yesterday I bought a new Honda Accord from Perfection. I thought all the employees treated me respectfully and with a personal touch. I appreciated Fernando Vela's patience with me--test driving various cars, answering questions. I didn't feel pressured at all at Perfection. I appreciated the way Fernando listened to me--what I wanted in a car.

Fernando was an excellent sales associate. He successfully walked me through the whole process of purchasing my vehicle with extreme patience and transparency about the vehicles in question. Muhammad, his manager, was also thorough in discussing my options and reviewing those options. They went far and beyond to help me get the vehicle I wanted within the budget I walked in with.

I recently had my first car service performed at Perfection Honda in Abq., NM. What a great experience! The young man that checked me in had the biggest, friendliest smile I've ever seen. It set the tone for the experience. I was handed over to Joe who also did a great job - he estimated the wait time and he was spot on, which I appreciated so I could get on with my plans for the day. The Customer lounge was clean, bright, comfortable chairs, and endless cups of coffee. I enjoyed having some time to read the paper and work some puzzles. They were very efficient and timely - great overall experience.

Isaiah Chavez helped my fiancee and I lease 2 cars. He was very nice and accommodating of our price range. We had visited other Honda dealerships in the area and were not happy with our experience. I would recommend this dealership if you are interested in a Honda. Do not waste your time going to the other dealerships even if they are closer.

We walked into Perfection Honda today with only the intention to shop around, we were instantly greeted by a manager. We requested someone who was bilingual and he introduced us to Fernando Vela. My mom, Blanca Flores, whom was shopping for a new vehicle was extremely pleased with the level of explanation, attentiveness and ease of working with Fernando was. He made sure she fully understood the entire process that we walked out of the dealership with a new car for her. It was truly a pleasure to work with both Fernando and Daron. We had a great experience at Perfection Honda. Shakeem is a great sales associate! He was knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy. Paul in the financing department was amazing as well. He did a great job of explaining everything and setting us up with the right plan for us. They both stayed late and past closing to make sure we could get the vehicle that evening. The support from their management team was amazing, as well. I would recommend Honda, and especially Perfection Honda to anyone looking for a brand new or certified used car.

Went in with an idea of what I was looking for and what I wanted to leave with and the agent - Fernando Vera - worked with us to get a car inside the range I wanted. We test drove two cars, he showed us three.
It's important to me to not be pestered or pressured into something and he did a good job still selling the car to me, but also letting me make my own decisions. I appreciate his service and the way they worked with me for customer service.
They also worked with me for the pricing due to some small scratches on the hood and my time being valuable to them (their words on the last part). They offer fair blue book pricing and I don't feel like they were trying to rip me off. I'm pleased so far. We'll see further down the road. Hopefully there will be no complaints!
