I saw the owner, Grant to have my hair colored blonde with some fun reddish chunks in the front and on top (I was ready for an extreme change). I brought pictures to show the all over blonde I wanted and another picture of a redhead with chunky lowlights to show the chunky accents I wanted. I even brought a color 'wheel' pic to show the blonde and red choices I lliked.

I walked out with the back of my head brown, the top looks like a reddish toupee with some blonde in it and the sides resemble a distinguished man (the 'blonde' looks grey next to the red/brown color). It is a HOT MESS. I called today and Grant stated I showed him a pic of a redhead and that's what he gave me so if I want blonde put in, I would have to pay for highlights. Seriously? The real conversation was Grant telling me the only way to get that blonde was to bleach my hair and then questioned if I wanted to do that. I said I'd prefer not to bleach it, so he suggested dyeing the roots blonde and that would make the rest look more blonde. hhhmmm, not sure how that translated into 'Grant, please make my hair look like a red/brown/purplish toupee is sitting on my head and leave the back silver and brown. While you are at it, please do not blend it." Yeh, pretty sure that was not the conversation.
