Pepper & Crandall Real Estate in Olean, NY has proved to be thoughtless, inconsiderate, and unprofessional in their dealing and handling of my father’s estate property.
The realtor, rather than putting up for sale signs in the front lawn of the properties, chose to nail the sighs directly onto the houses; resulting in the shattering of a window frame and a porch rail.
When asked by the family, distressed by seeing the damage to the homes, to remove the signs and place them in the lawn of each home they refused stating that they were afraid they may lose their signs to vandalism.
Their disrespect of my father’s property, as well as the disregard of my family’s wishes and requests, was insensitive and callous.
