The Apple Realty team went above and beyond to find the perfect home for myself and my daughter within my budget. Any and all questions I had throughout the homebuying process were answered thoroughly. Any and all anxieties made aware during this process were alleviated by their patience and compassion. Do not use Dreama Ketron, she doesn’t care about you or your home needs. She is never on time, if she even shows up and doesn’t respond quickly. Had a horrible experience with her and will not use this company ever again due to this employee. She is new and under educated

We met Dave and Mia when we wanted to look at a home they had listed. That home didn’t fit our needs, but when we decided to sell our home, we called them. We listed our home with them because we liked their casual yet professional character. They helped us point out ways to improve the look of our home, as well as helping us find help with some projects to do before listing. They stayed in contact with us throughout the process and responded quickly to our questions. I highly recommend listing your home with Dave and Mia.

Dave and Mia are the best. Both are extremely helpful and understanding. Quick replies via email, text and phone. Caring and very flexible but still professional. With me being in the military and moving often is unavoidable, I have lived in a lot of different situations and this is by far one of the best “landlords” (property managers) I have ever dealt with. I would recommend them to my family and friends. Dave went above and beyond with any issues we had at the house we were renting. They do a great job with lining up workers to come out and fix issues in a quick manner with clear communications from start to done. Definitely made our time in TN much more enjoyable.

Mia and David at Apple Realty are amazing! This was our first home purchase and we started the home buying process with little knowledge of what the process was like. Mia and David were very knowledgeable and informative. They were very patient with us and focused on helping us find a home for our family-not just a house. They took the time to help us find the best option for us. Once we found a home to purchase the Apple Realty team focused on helping us get the best price. The inspection and title process were seamless, they even recommended a lender!
