    My car was starting and stopping... so I took it to them. I didn't get my car from them but they did everything in they power to make sure I was treated properly. The clerk I had (I believe his name was Jacob or James, sorry I forgot) made sure they ran the right test and made sure I wasn't overcharged. 2 hours later, my baby was fixed and running again. I mos def will be back anything happen again...

    My car broke down out of nowhere three days before Thanksgiving. Todd at the service center was great at keeping me in the loop and they were actually able to track down the part and get my car fixed before Thanksgiving. I am so grateful for Todd and the rest of the team for getting me back on the road and saving me from having to rent a car during the holidays. I’d definitely recommend this business for any of your Chevy repair needs.

    I received a rental while my vehicle was in for repair. Rental company charged me when Penske stated they were sending over a PO to take care of rental charge. The rental company charged me because Penske never took care of bill. The rental company reversed the charges due to promise from Penske that they were taking care of bill. I've since received 3 letters from rental company stating I owe them. Talked to dealership and they said they were taking care of it and they'd call me back. It's now been approx 10 days and I haven't heard back from them. I spoke with rental company today after receiving another letter and they confirmed they HAVE NOT been paid. Left message with service manager and the service advisor again today. Let's see if they call back. For as much money as we spent at Penske I expected much better treatment. Very disappointed to see how this was handled. I purchased my last vehicle from another dealership and I haven't had a problem yet in the last 3 years I've been dealing with them. Great relationship with them, as expected and thought it would be the same here. I love my vehicle and if asked where purchased I'll let them know but also tell them, BUYER BEWARE when you have to use their service.
    Update - After posting this review I received numerous calls to rectify the issue. I've been reassured the issue's been taken care of and it was solely the mistake of the rental company. After hearing this for the 3rd time I won't be totally convinced until I haven't received a letter in 2-3 weeks. I will say I appreciate the efforts of all parties but it if this had been taken care of when I was given the rental, as stated by the service specialist, this review would be totally different.

    This is my second time buying a car from Penske and I’m very happy! I had an awesome salesman, Jerome Terry, who went to great lengths to get me into a 2018 Equinox. Jerome was very personable and professional. I will definitely recommend him to family and friends!!

    Penske Chevrolet is a fast a friendly business that has been nothing but great to me and my Chevy Cruze. Their waiting space is spacious and they have an extra office, which has come in handy many times while my car has been worked on. They have a friendly staff that make you feel welcomed each and every time! While the cost of an oil change is higher than other locations, the quality and service is worth it!

    We had a couple complications at delivery but it wasn't Penske's fault. They did an excellent job making it right and it all worked out. Mike did a great job finding us exactly what we wanted. We love our new Tahoe.

    It was the best service I have received from any dealership I have gone too. The tech who worked on my vehicle was polite and let me know of any problems found. Thank you Penske for providing the best service!!!

    The staff is very professional and efficient. My vehicle was properly repaired the first visit and I have no concerns with the quality of the service. I also appreciated the availability and the option to use a loaner/rental vehicle.

    What a scam. Stopped in to do some hands on research. We spent 30 min explaining to a stereo typical car salesman that we were there to do research. This was an opportunity to win a customer that will come back to buy. After our 30 min explanation and another 30 min to find a car we were interested in we were told that we could not do any test driving until they completed a credit app. REALLY??! I hope they do well with their fleet sales because the "off the street" customer will not be buying from them given these tactics. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME, WILL NEVER BE BACK

    I had a great experience. I was a first time car buyer, and a little nervous. John and all the other staff were very kind and professional. John was patient and transparent while I decided which car I wanted. He was respectful of the price I wanted to spend and didn't make me feel obligated to buy the cars we went through, even if they had spent a lot of time putting paperwork together. He wanted me to be completely satisfied with the car I was choosing before I signed for it. I appreciate his help!

    I've never been excited about car shopping and I feel like some people take advantage of me because I'm not educated enough about cars. This was not my experience at all! From Drew and Jeff to the finance department, they were all very nice and so helpful in assisting and explaining everything in my decision to purchase a new vehicle. I'm so happy with my car and I love the treatment Penske Chevrolet provides to their customers. I will always come here for my future purchases and would recommend others. Thank you for everything!

    Toby in the service department always takes good care of my vehicle and is very understanding and helpful. I am confident in what he tells me and don't feel like he's trying to get me to spend money on things I don't need. My vehicle always comes back to me clean and in good working order.

    This was my first service visit at Penske Chevrolet. The service experience was very good. All representatives of the Service and Parts departments were very personable and professional. This type of treatment was what I received from the Sales department when I purchased this car new last year. I would recommend this dealer to anyone interested in a Chevrolet.

    I went in for an oil change and an A\C check as my A/c had been running a little warm. My warranty ( I bought this vehicle 2 months ago) was not in the system from when I bought the vehicle so I had to provide the service with the warranty document. Also after they did my diagnostic A/C check and I left the service department. I found that they hadn't reset the oil life on my dash. I called to verify if the oil change had even been completed and was told 'no.' That I didnt say I wanted an oil change. However I DID say this to the service advisor and even have an email confirmation from Penske where I scheduled the appointment showing 'oil change and A/C check. I wasted a day off of work to get this taken care of and only half of what I asked to be done was done. Although my advisor was nice, the overall professionalism of making this an effortless and seamless process for your customer did not happen.
