I went here for the first time, and was really excited about the Bay Center being my next regular appointment. Although some areas seem older like an old train station, it was clean, well maintained and so easy to get around in! They’ve done a fantastic job making the hockey experience even better with good food (for a rink), good seats, clean areas and bathrooms, good signage and a solid touch of past times with decor!

Went and saw Mercy Me. What a spirit filled night it was. It was so wonderful being around all my brother's, and sister's in Christ. Thank you Mercy Me, this world needs more nights like that. I pray everyone will come to our Lord before it's to late. May God continue to bless, and keep you all.

The acoustics are only SO SO here. And I don't love the way whomever is in charge is setting up the merchandise around the narrowest part of top floor, bottle necking it ALL for pedestrian flow. We might have stopped to shop but the lines were literally around the center. No thanks.
The MERCY ME musicians were great and the CONCERT was fun though.

Attended a college graduation here. The venue was a nice size with enough parking accommodations for the event. The bathrooms were better than many other event centers I've been to. The audio visuals were fine for what was needing to be conveyed. The graduation went swimmingly. Neat to see this is a multipurpose venue.

Had a great time attending the monster jam! Great seats. I thought the higher up seats would not be good but they were fantastic. Perfect view. The arena is a nice size and they always have a decent amount of vendors for events.

We saw Chris Tomlin at the Pensacola Bay Center. The seating is very nice, although a little tight, not worse than any other venue I've been to. The place is very well laid out, and easy to get in and out of. Definitely a good venue to see a concert.

I went there for a hockey game.
Be sure to bring cash because all the food and drinks are cash only.

You might want to get your drinks and food after the national anthem or else you will be holding your giant nacho in the left hand and you are heart in the right.

I ate the biggest nacho I've ever seen and it was fulfilling and delicious.

I went there for Pensacola Flyers ice hockey game, and I had a fantastic experience watch hockey for the first time.

An ancient relic in an otherwise trendy and up and coming part of town. Hats off to management for preserving this antique and not upgrading a single inch of space ranging from the bathroom tiles to the seats made for a 1935 era sized human. How this dinosaur has not been given historic status like the graveyard next door remains a mystery, much like how this building is still standing after all these years.

I understand the need for security. The event began at 7. At 6:30 there were still hundreds waiting in line for entry, in the rain. A sign at the bottom of the ramp gave instructions on what to have ready and what couldn't be brought into the venue. Umbrellas were listed as a non entry item, on the sign and the website. So, I stood in the rain. They let umbrellas inside! I was a bit irritated. However, the show was great and I frequent this facility often and will continue to do so.

Monster truck jam. Its a jam all right. Way too small of a area to have this event. They hit the brakes more than the gas. This should be an outside event only. My second time after 20 Years. Also they took to many breaks. How many 2 year olds do they think are gonna sit still for every long with no action. The announcers were muffled where we sat. Could only hear a few words.Took forever to get the people inside. The trucks were awesome!!

The place could use some spruceing up. But I still love it. Been to plenty of hockey games here and never been in a bad seat. The staff are helpful and they finally got some good security. This photo is 6rows back.

Love coming here to see the Ice Flyers! I loved coming here since I was 1 1/2 years old, which at that time they were known as the Ice Pilots. Happy that the season starts tonight.

The owners of the Pensacola Bay Center opened its doors to people escaping hurricane Irma. The Red Cross, the volunteers of all ages and the staff of the Center, ALL displayed the true meaning of compassion and concern. Unfortunately, once the homeless of Pensacola realized their generosity, the place was overrun with local homeless people. At that point, the Pensacola center and the Red Cross halted the generosity. They suggested that evacuees find shelter in more congested shelters without any warnings. Shame on them for putting good, hard working Americans out into the overcrowded shelters already bursting at the seams. All because a bunch of homeless people took advantage!
Maybe next time they off help to evacuees, they could check a license to verify they were in fact evacuees!

Nice building but very old. Upkeep has been good but needs serious modernization. Extremely limited food choices (don't even attempt if anything but a carnivore) and nothing but an old light up display board from the early 80's. No video wall, no video replay, no video at all.

I enjoy watching the hockey here I also cover it for wear TV3, but they need to improve some things with in the bay center first a sound system second the concessions you need to update your concessions and a better choice of concessions

Went here for a graduation. The seats were surprisingly very comfortable. However, the sound was terrible. We could hardly understand a word. Probably great for sports events.

I've been here for several hockey games, and the 2014 Pensacon. Great building. I loved every time I've been here. Food prices are outrageous of course but it is a stadium.

I am glad we have a venue to see top notch performers! The Dolly Parton Concert was awesome! Dolly's performance was more than impeccable! She is a wonderful storyteller, beautiful singer with a heavenly voice, and a loving witness to all that everyone is important and loved no matter our differences! Dolly is a blessing to us and undoubtedly a fervent Christian with a continued loving message that as always being raised in a faith-based loving family makes for a wonderful, caring individual!

Awful experience tonight entering the Dolly Parton concert. Everyone (that I saw) was subjected to a PAT DOWN similar to the one you would receive while being arrested except it wasn't done by a professional law enforcement officer, it was done by Bay Center staff. While I am a firm believer in protecting the public, they have these devices called metal detectors that are meant for this purpose. To top it off, they separated the women from the men for this process. It made both my wife and I very uncomfortable. I've been to numerous other venues (including Walt Disney World) and have never received a pat down. If you want to protect us, buy metal detectors. This was absolutely awful.

It you're going to continue this you need to at least have a sign out explaining it and someone actually directing people to where they are supposed to go rather than yelling at them for being in the wrong line when there is no direction given whatsoever.

As for the icing on the cake, the women's bathroom was over capacity so they were literally directing women to use the men's bathroom WITH THE MEN! This place is a joke.

I graduated highschool in this building. It's great for graduations, concerts, Disney on ice. Even monster truck rallies. The hockey games here are great too.

All of the concerts we have attended have sounded great and we had a great time. If only the seats were a little bigger and parking a little more organized but we still enjoy the concerts.
