One star cause I can't give this place -5 stars, unfortunately. Slow, rude and unprofessional. The people at customer service were nice though.

Great people work here, very friendly environment! You don see that anywhere else.
Security guy driving around.:)
Wait time depends on traffic at the port, 90% it's in and out, it can get busy at times, but to be expected, it's a business. I've been coming here for years and I have been always happy. Thanks everyone, you definitely make my job easier.

I AM GOING TO TELL YOU A STORY OF AN UNDER COVER. US DEPUTY MARSHAL THAT WAS POSING AS AN IDAHO FALLS TRUCK DRIVER IN ORDER TO INVESTIGATE ALIGATIONS OF VERBAL AND PHIYSICAL ABUSE BY THE SECURITY STAFF AT PENN TERMINAL,S. THERE WAS SUBSTANTIAL EVIDENCE ABTAINED IN SUCH A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME , BY THE UNDER COVER US MARSHAL TO WARRANT A FULL INVESTIGATION INTO FRAUD AND CORUPTION BY THE SECURITY STAFF AND OTHER, S AS WELL AS ASALT CHARGES BOTH VERBAL AND PHYSICAL. UPON OTHER TRUCK DRIVER,S COMPLAINTS HAVE NUMBER IN THE HUNDRED,S OVER JUST THE LAST YEAR , AND HAVE LEAD FEDERAL OFFICIAL TO PLACE ONSITE INVESTIGATORS SOME WHICH HAVE BEEN IN PLACE FOR MORE THAN A YEAR,S TIME MANAGEMENT AT OENN TERMINALS IS BEING LOOKED AT AS THE MAIN SOURCE OF FRAUD. AFTER LAST WEKS INSIDENT WITH THE US MASHAL AND SECURITY THE INVESTIGATION WILL BE. BROUGHT TO AN INCREASED LEVEL

Very exciting place a lot of stuff going on there took him 2 hours to load my truck however there are probably 2000 trucks there at any given second oh no it was an exciting experience for a first-timer

It took 11 hours to get door plus load was overweight I didn't know that their scale close early its 3am in the morning, and when I come back at 4am they were close I had to wait 3 hours to get in they open 7am I don't have twic card so I paid 80$ when I came first time, and they load it overweight that's why I'm here again, "because of their fault", and I have to pay another 80$ again plus, since 7am I've been waiting 11 am right now this place is garbage even they don't deserve 1 star I suggest stay away.

Terrible over 10 hours now and still no door. Suppose to deliver load in morning, not gonna happen. Never again for me.

10 hours and still no door I give it an extra star because you don't have to worry about needing hours when you get loaded!

TWIC card required. My husband was loaded with pipe & out in no time. We do need more safe parking options in that area though. I did find a Petro about 50 miles north of them on I95, & a TA 35 miles South. The rest area thats closest has NO over night parking. We just like to be as close as possible.

Took 6 hours to get loaded. The employees here are very professional and respectful. Although the wait sucked I would definitely load here again.
