Terrible customer service. Delta rep told me that I was using the kiosk wrong that's why my ticket didn't print. I tried two different kiosks same result. He also wouldn't print my boarding pass for any other leg of the trip.
TSA can't handle digital boarding passes, act like everyone is smuggling nukes and managed to let a passenger get his bag and go to the waiting area even though they wanted to do further screening on his bag. Then proceeded to say "screen that guy with the shorts". At least three men had shorts on. Doesn't make you feel very safe.response / report this review -

It's hard to believe this place is an airport! It's absolutely pristine, with friendly and soft-spoken TSA. It hardly feels like a typical airport experience, with the feeling of a comfy lodge, and a very short waiting time for security.

Probably one of my favorite airports to fly into! Staff is friendly, with a great bar upstairs and an awesome lodge atmosphere the place feels like Northern Michigan!
