  This company HARASSING my mother who’s husband just passed away. They call 10 times a day HOUNDING her about trying to sell her house! HOW WOULD YOU FEEL IF YOU JUST LOST SOMEONE YOU LOVE AND COMPANIES ARE CALLING YOU 10+ TIMES DAILY EVEN WHEN YOU BLOCK THE NUMBER AND THEY CALL YOU BACK FROM ANOTHER NUMBER!?!? HOW DISRESPECTFUL!!! HOW HEARTLESS!!! DO NOT SELL YOUR HOUSE TO THIS COMPANY. My mother has even asked them to stop calling her since she’s not interested in selling her house and the rep on the phone just hung up on her. ARE YOU KIDDING!?! It’s amazing how ruthless people and companies can. PDX Renovations does NOT care about you. They only see dollar signs.

  I needed to sell my house. I knew it was a fixer upper and would be hard to sell through a realtor. I found PDX Renovations. Cody helped me get started which is an easy process. Marissa did a great job keeping me informed the whole. It was simple quick.

  PDX Renovations will try to fleece you and offer you a low-ball offer for a property that could be sold with a realtor, even out of state for estate sales. I would recommend consulting with a real estate agent professional before anyone signs a contract which can potentially cheat them from what the house is actually worth.
  I highly suspect many of their high reviews are fake. All of their claims of their "grand reputation" being tarnished is ridiculous as they already have exposed.

  First off , Let me give a Big Thank you to Marissa and Wayne! I couldn't of been introduced to nicer people! They really care about the sellers. They make time to get to know you and your situation. They completely took my stress away!

  This company is great to work with. I had to sell my parents home and from the day that Austin came to the see house, he was very knowledgeable, upfront and patience with the whole nightmare of my situation. Marissa then started helping me and went above and beyond her duties! Marissa was FANTASTIC as Austin was. She helped out in every way. The company even work with and help me out with a family member that refused to leave the house. I thought it was a nightmare of a situation but Marissa talked with me and eased my mind when I thought it was broken deal. She later said she was new there. You would of never guess it by her professionalism and her patience.
  I highly recommend this company to anyone on every situation!
