  Awesome service, Donn and his team represented me in a messy divorce and protected me from an individual who was trying to financially destroy me. I would highly recommend him. I have no complaints but one suggestion. As someone who’s never been divorced I was very unaware of what the process was or what was going to happen. It would have been very nice to get some kind of roadmap that would have told me step by step what the process was so I didn’t feel like I was in the dark

  My baby was living far away from me and found unsafe. CPS assigned case. I knew about the court hearing in last min. I was overwhelmed how to get lawyer in two day. Great Don stood by me , with very reasonable fees and attended the court with me and rescued my baby. No words can explain how I appreciate him. Don Prokopius is the Hero! Thank you Sir

  There aren't enough ways I can thank this man for taking my life in his hands and making me feel so comfortable and at ease. His communication was super stellar and he always got back to my emails, phone calls and text messages. He made me feel at ease and made sure I got exactly what I felt I deserved from my ex. He took me seriously and never made me feel uncomfortable like most men tend to do when dealing with attractive females. I felt like he really cared about me and had a genuine interest in my well being. I never had to tell him off for getting me confused with someone he despises and I never ever felt judged by him. I didn't feel the need to question where we stood on terms of my divorce, because he was always very clear and informative about things. I felt super comfortable as he held my fragile livelihood in his hands. If I had friends and wasn't so emotionally unstable, I would recommend him to any one of them.

  Since the first time I walked through those doors I felt comfortable. All my questions were answered. This was my first time hiring an attorney and the process was so simple thanks to Donn and his staff. They communicated with me every step of the way through my case. If I had a concern or question I would get a response right away. I would definitely recommend Donn and his staff to anyone in need of an attorney. Highly recommend. I would definitely be returning if a need for his services were to arise.

  Donn has represented us through 2 different court cases filed by the same ex-family member. Each lasting almost a year. He is in for the long haul and follows through on each of the items that need addressed. He came highly recommended from a friend of ours and now we refer anyone that needs divorce or child custody help to his office. The last two years have been ugly, full of nasty accusations and lies that he has flat-out squashed. Each time we have walked away with most, if not all, of what we have asked for regarding custody, and other serious issues. Let’s hope we are done and don’t need him again, but after another win today we know who to call if we do. Thanks Donn!
