Excellent customer service! The owner helped me put together an entire outfit, she was very accommodating and helpful, definitely recommend to anyone looking for cute and affordable in style western clothes

This is not the type of mom & pop shop we should be supporting!! Spend your money elsewhere. There's plenty of other western stores in Waco.
On the evening I came in, it was close to closing time and I was soaking wet from the pouring rain, but I needed a nice top for a western event. However, with the circumstances, I couldn't really try them on. I asked the store owner if I would be able to return a top since I only needed one. She looked at me and said "of course." So I bought 2 tops and took them home to try on. I wore 1 to the event and brought the other back unworn and with the receipt. She proceeded to tell me that she does not do returns. I reminded her that just 1 week ago, she specifically said she did. She then told me she said that because she was busy. She lied to me because she was busy?? What kind of business thinks it's ok to do that? I should also mention that I was the ONLY person in the store both times I was there.. so, her lie was a terrible one at best!!!
I will definitely be spreading the word to other Waco folks!!response / report this review -
