I'm pretty upset with your bakery right now. I don't know if the woman who took my order just couldn't understand English or is she was just being incompetent, but it was my daughter's first birthday and both of her cakes were not what they were suppose to be. I ordered a sheet cake that was the Dory design which it was, but on the note she miss spelled my daughter's name after I spelled it out to her as she was writing it 3 different times and then her smash cake was suppose to be an air brushed picture of baby DORY, and it was just like a water design and didn't even have any kind of dory on it and when I once again looked at the note she wrote out for the baker for the cakes, she wrote baby DORA this was her first birthday and it was nothing like it should have been, I suggest that every employee taking orders like that should know English and be fluent because it broke my heart that my little girl wasn't excited about her cake like she should have been. And we had to make our own icing to fix the mistake in her name, thankfully it was the last letter on her name, but that's not the point, it shouldn't have been messed up in the first place when I spelled it out to her 3 different times. And on top of that another very rude woman just kept interrupting me saying "we can't do that at all" while I was trying to explain to the other woman. Payson Market will not be getting my service for a cake ever again after this experience

best dounuts around. today i had the best experience its my daughters birthday need it a cake for today they were pack with orders very busy i could see it.. i ask a girl if i could order a cake for today. her answear: im sorry we are booked but ill see what i can do. she got someone else and told me how i want it and she fix one for me very quick it was great my 4 year old was so excited

This store has been there a long time, but has stayed up with the times. Things are fresh, large variety, fair prices. The offer clothes, fishing licenses, cut wood, on top of fresh donuts & bakery & floral & balloons 🎈. The staff is friendly and efficient. 😊✨

This is a great store with the best donuts in payson has great deli and the best roses and has the best pharmacy and you couldnt ask for better pharmacist then will and hal they are great funny as hell and great at explaining and makin sure you know everything about your prescription

These guys have great produce and my co-workers were amazing
However the managers are terrible and there are far too many of them for one area. I had an awful experience as an employee here and I thought I'd share my personal review of them.

I worked for these guys and got fired within the first month and a half for being late ONE TIME because I made an honest mix up on my schedule. They were mad I didn't call, why would I call if I didn't know I was late? They didn't even have the maturity or decency to do it in person, they did it over text which as far as I know isn't even allowed in Utah. Meanwhile 2 of my co-workers were late I counted 3 times anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour because they overslept or made the same mistake I did.

Manager also made me come in with a 103 degree fever and I had to make frequent stops to the restroom that day. She wouldn't even work with me in the slightest. Overall just a rude person who I never saw in a good mood.

One of my younger managers had set aside some Kennedy coins that had come through my line that day and she put a note with them holding them for me to get the next day, when I went in another employee had taken them and when I told her they were being held for me she LITERALLY said, "That's too bad, I already called dibs on every unique coin that comes in here".

It's been 4 months now and I STILL haven't received a paycheck for the last 3 days that I worked.

Needless to say I felt like my bosses were more of teenagers than the actual teens who worked there. Was a very bad experience. I say if you're there for produce and good employees then they're fantastic, if you're there for a job look elsewhere. They pick and choose favorites and it makes for a bad experience.

P mark is the bomb. Grew up coming here all the time for alligator jaws and Texas donuts. Best donuts in town and probably in all Utah County. Word around town is that the bakery here uses the recipes from the old Roes Bakery that used to be on main Street many years ago. Very friendly staff. Great place.

Very personal. The employees get to know you and greet you as you enter.
They have one of the best pharmacies I've gone to. They take the time to educate you. Once again they get to know you personally, and are interested in your entire well being.

Wife and I love this place. There's always some sort of good sale going on. Meats are priced extremely well. There's a huge assortment of unique sodas in the back of the produce aisle. Also, give their Cowboy Caviar a try.

Pretty good groceries for Payson. They probably have the best produce in Payson and definitely have the best bakery. Their doughnuts are defiantly the best in town.

Their customer service is a bit lacking. They're just not that friendly. Also, never get balloons there. They barely last a day if you do.
