Best donuts around. I have yet to try a donut that I didn't like from Paula's. The lines can get long but it goes by quick. The staff is friendly and efficient.

Hands down the best place to get donuts in the Buffalo, NY area. You will NOT find any puny, unsatisfying donuts here.
A single donut should actually qualify as a full meal, they are large and generous with their fillings if a filled donut is what you are after.

Best donuts EVER. We come from Canada to get the donuts. Excellent friendly staff and amazing seasonal donuts. Never anything but fresh food and great coffee

Amazing donuts, friendly staff, & a nice clean place to sit & chill if you wish! Super selection of donut flavors. The only negative is that the donuts can be so full & heavy that its too much/too decadent! That might not be a problem for some though :)

From what í seen since last time here 2016. Very clean place , New foot spas, and perfect on gel nail polish matches toes colors. Love the place. ❤💚💜💛💙

I had read about this place as I was planning a weekend in Niagara Falls, and knew that we had to check it out. We arrived at 10AM on a Sunday morning, and it was crowded. However, service was quick, and we had to wait less than 5 minutes in line before we got to the counter to place an order. What an amazing selection of donuts, all freshly made!
We ordered a half dozen to go, and let our server pick her favorite ones.
We also ordered donuts and coffee to enjoy before our 9 hour ride home.
My wife enjoyed her coconut cream filled donut, declaring it the best donut she has ever eaten! I tried a peanut stick (a local Buffalo delicacy), and was impressed! Wish we had a Paula's Donuts in my town!response / report this review -

THE best doughnuts in Western New Yorkand quite possibly, the world. No, wait Yes, definitely the world. ALWAYS busy, especially on a holiday. Don't shy away if the line is out the door, the order takers/cashiers there are extremely quick and friendly. Apple fritters are food for the gods as are the cinnamon swirls. Filled doughnuts are outstanding as they are just about bursting with either a delicious jelly or creme fillinglemon, strawberry and Bavarian cream are my personal favorites. Put Paula's on your bucket list seriously!!!

I think I found out Paula's Donuts when I used to read the Buffalo News online a few years ago. Now every year when I come to Buffalo for the Allentown Art Show I make this a stop before heading downtown. Paula's is a great place! Last year I stayed in Hamburg and visited and reviewed Paula's location in West Seneca. I have a special fondness for this Tonawanda location. Last century I lived on Woodland Drive and Dad would get us Jet Donuts for a treat. There's even a picture of Jet on Paula's wall. This visit I had a peanut stick, egg sandwich, and a large green tea. Now I have to wait another year for my fix from Paula's Donuts.

The donuts are great, but I the place was less than I expected. The display was a bit empty and there wasnt as much choice as one moght expect of Paula's. Also their smoothies are freakishly sweet.

Known as one of the best places to get donuts in WNY, Paula's never disappoints. They have an eclectic mix of well known favorites with their own twist. Try the peanut butter and jelly!

Delicious, inexpensive,fresh donuts. Unlike anything I've had before. Dangerously good. Often pretty busy but the line moves rather quickly. Top of the Buffalo bucket list.
