  This body shop is the best in El Paso, señor Julio and Mr. Richard and Beautiful Jessica helped me with my car. Their service was the best and they do care about their customers. They did an excellent job on my car, I would recommend this body shop to everyone. They answered all my calls and made me feel like their family instead of a customer. THANK Y OU SOOO MUCH PATRIOT BODY SHOP. My car is as new as it was before.

  You see how the owner ignores everything I was stating in the photos and just brings up the seat belts and doesn’t mention that they took anything from the car lol Good excuse boys try another one next time , it’s probably why they got a 2.9 rating.
  
  Update: RICHARD MAXWELL said he’d be contacting authorities if i showed up to the shop to go pick up my money and my car part , very very profesional Richard

  Definitely Ambulance chasers , was at the scene within 2 minutes , do not recommend them AT ALL , had my car for a whole month when they said it’d be a 10 day job or less , Really shady business too within the first hour the hood vent flew off the car and I had a lot of missing items from my car from my front license plate and my debit card and my door dash card , and they just come up with an excuse for everything , paint is also burnt in the front end , missing pieces from the interior and they also requested 14K from my insurance for “new parts” but as you can see the hood vent is from a junk yard and claim that a lot of parts are on back order when I can find parts all over the internet. Trust me do not go here AT ALL SAVE YOUR CAR. Richard and Julio are not professional at all. I’d like what the owner is going to say to this comment. With proof of photo, The city should look into this place for INSURANCE FRAUD!!!!!

  To anyone considering using this body shop, DO NOT USE THEM! My experience with them was negative to say the least. They did ZERO work on my vehicle other than providing an estimate and I received a bill for over $3500. Yes, that’s WITHOUT any work being done to the vehicle. They are ambulance chasers and arrived at the scene of the accident seemingly very helpful. All they want is the insurance claim so they can make as much money off you as possible. Julio seems very nice and helpful, but he is only out to make as much money as he can off of you. They use deceptive business practices (did not inform myself or any other party involved of their exorbitant storage fees, while the claim was being processed, mind you), and it is my OPINION that they should be investigated for possible insurance fraud. It is body shops like this, that take insurances for all they possibly can, that make rates and premiums higher for everyone. In the end I paid $1500 for them doing ZERO work on the vehicle other than an estimate. They are not an honest and professional collision center. If they arrive at the accident scene, tell them you don’t want their services and find an honest shop to do business with. Run away from these deceptive jokers.
  UPDATE:
  The below statement from the owner is completely false and borders on libel. My insurance company deemed the vehicle a total loss, and paid the vehicles value to the bank that held the lien. The vehicle was then picked up and sold to further bring down the loan balance(approved by me, the borrower). Once this happened this shop was unable to do their usual deceptive insurance tactics, and their bill of $3500 for doing ZERO body work, other than a tear down for the estimate was not paid by the insurance company, and rightly so.
  My PAID insurance did not do me wrong at all, on the contrary, they paid the value of the total loss vehicle to the bank. I know who my issue is with, it is with this shady business and I stand by my original review.

  Really Appreciate the hard work and fast turn around. Recommend by a friend and they came thru! Julio & Staff where great. Insurance Company Totaled my Vehicle and Julio and Staff Fixed it up.
  Thank You Guys again for the Fast Repairs and washing, detailing, and they restored my head lights going the extra mile!
