I Lynn D.! She has been so helpful and non-judgmental in working with one of my family members. I highly recommend her!

I've only had one major issue with a counsler their but all others I enjoy there help and interaction. One thing that saddens me is the turn over rate. One thing I love as far as coming to their also is seeing page (paige)?; who is the reception. I would love ta date her if I could.lol

They seemed very good until they stopped returning calls and would not schedule any more appointments. I'm sure getting ghosted by your therapist is healthy.

We were patients of Carol. We missed an appointment and although we are 100% sure it was her scheduling mistake the situation was not handled well. You could tell for sure that it was driven by money and that broke the trust immediately. She instantly turned rude and condescending. A year later I got a bill stating I owed money still which was quite a shock to me. After contacting them, I was informed that they had a new billing person because the last one did not do a very good job of keeping things straight. Turned out I did still owe and it wasn't what the statement showed. I was able to clear it up and paid my last bill. I will never return, but the silver lining was that the new billing lady was super nice and provided good customer service as she understood my frustration. That's the only reason for 2 stars. So in conclusion, 0/5 stars for Carol, 5/5 for the niceness of the new billing lady, 2/5 stars over all because I am still bitter. Mental health services should not be a money game but I guess that is the world we live in.
